This place is a vibe . Services are great and they can do better on food though. The chips masala that I ordered were not hot and weren't as tasty as I had imagined. I can go to this place 😄 anytime cause it's accessible and both indoor and ,( what I would call outdoor 😂😂) is very great, with the screens and the soft music. The restaurant is beautiful with lots of greenery inside. The menu is on the higher side though and unless you come to shop at Naivas, it is quite far to come all this way. The service is prompt. I had the Moroccan tea which is actually just mint, cinnamon, hot water and honey. I ate the mutton mandi. The mutton was really soft. Love that they open early on Sunday mornings! Got the full pancake breakfast, everything was good except the eggs! Doesn’t look cooked at all. Too much gooey on the top. Also urge them to put an insect zapper or two to at least reduce the amount of flies around the table! The service is very poor compared to the town branch. The other day I sat at a table for 20 minutes and no one came to take my order and then one of the staff rudely tells me to sit at another table since the one I'm sitting at is reserved, doesn't even ask whether I've been attended to. At that point I just got up and left and the lady didn't seem to care either at seeing a customer walk out. I've been a frequent happy customer at the town branch but definitely not visiting this one again. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

One of the best dine in places in Mombasa. The staff is very courteous, the food amazing and the ambience is very peaceful. Fish and chips was as good as any you will find in Mombasa, thin crust pizza is to die for and the starters are too good. Our go to place every other weekend now

Horrible customer service. Yes the food is decent but the waiters and waitresses are like all lost at work. They clearly don’t know how to work under stress and a packed restaurant. The food took more than 30mins and to bring the sauces took another 10mins. Waiters are also not attentive in checking if customers need assistance.

Went in for icecream and a mocktail. it was fantastic. Very quite, not crowded i was able to finish a little work while at it. They have sockets allover so it's easy to charge your device. Service Dine in Meal type Other Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Had the thursday offer on two pizzas and two icecreams for 1500kshs The pizzas are well cooked,the cheese melting,the edges are crisp and the toppings are well cooked and delicious.
