Coffee is very average. Bread is very nice. Nice place for photo shooting. Min spending per hour is NTD120, or 180 for weekends, considered as a bit pricey in Taiwan. But don't worry, any drink can cost more than 120. Service Dine in Meal type Other Price per person $200–400 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
IG: foodie_foxx Hmmm a very interesting coffee bar, located in hengchun, 15 min drive from kenting. I spend like 620$ Ntd in a cafe where I felt everything was cheap, but the way they display the Bakery items is so tempting that u order a lot. They also have an weird system with respect to time, where u have to clock in when u enter and clock out (punch out) when u exit. So basically for 90 mins is the total free time that u can spend with a minimum order of 180/ head and when u cross 90 mins, each min counted for a $ntd dollar💵. So people who want to work there or use their laptop 💻 is not a wise decision to stay there for the whole day or for hours. But people who are passing by or just visiting can pass by their cafe do enjoy the old fashioned ambience and their self made or brewed coffees and bottle IPA beers. Baked items starts from 30$ to 200$ so be wise in choosing the best ones or else u will be end up paying a lot. I loved the salted butter croissant 🥐 (40$ntd), which was an amazing treat with the coffee. Strawberry creamy croissant, so soft and tenderly delicious 🤤. Also just try their sweet lemon coffee (cold) which also had an exciting sourness &sweetness to the drink. Last was their sugar coated lemon tart which gave the best lemon gist to my pallets. Apart from that, this place is famous for taking selfies and portrait pics because of their ambience. I would definitely go there to taste their IPA beers next time and try the other bakery products that they have. Bon appetite fellows Peace ✌️

Really cute cafe with coffee, tea, and non-caffeinated options. There's also a section with some cute postcards you can buy; they are all written in Chinese and have very sweet messages. The tea was delicious and not too sweet. The coffee was okay and took a while to make. The vibes are immaculate. Do beware that there is a time limit associated with how much you spend: 1 twd per minute. If u buy a coffee for 60twd, you can stay for an hour.

The building and interior decoration is very beautiful and unique, can tell the owner spent time to provide comfortable environment. Minimum expense for each person is 180, quite expensive. Dessert is nice, but I wouldn't say it's worth a run from far away. I would recommend the lemon tart, which in my opinion is the best and the most unique.
Quality baked products but they are strangely served unheated which dramatically reduces the quality of the experience. This entire cafe otherwise has a strong attention to detail, unlike most beautifully decorated restaurants on cafes in taiwan, but who actually offers some quality in their food and drink. Another curious and baffling aspect about this experience is when you first enter your bombarded with a list of awkward rules and a punch card. I can only imagine hords of selfie taking bus tourists have come and forced the management to create these strange timed rules.

The interior decoration is cozy and peaceful but food prices would cost you an arm and a leg ! For example, I spent NT$130 on a little cup of strawberry (jam) milk.
Pretentious, overpriced joint. One for the selfie crowd. Two of us entered and after having the strange pricing system explained, we sat at the window table only to be asked to move as the table was for four people. We looked around, and at 2pm with only one other table occupied in the whole place, we asked why. And we were told if we wanted to sit there, we had to order enough for three people 🤣. I don't know how she kept a straight face while she said that! Needless to say, we couldn't keep a straight face as we walked back down the stairs without spending a cent in there. There are literally a handful of cafes within 50 metres of this place. We were happy to spend our money elsewhere.
But Who? Is correct. They Don't even know who they are. I went to their location which was incorrect, it goes to a hippie sort of clothing store, they were so sweet. I couldn't find it so I called, during the call they just repeated their templated training and ignored my questions and then hung up on me. Very entitled staff. Then I arrived and they didn't know who used the phone, and they didn't realize their location was wrong, and then they just murmured 外國人 comments 3 times. 1 lady was nice and she attempted to empathize, 1 star for her, 0 for the establishment. Is there a psychology of these cafes and people liking to be tortured? There comes a point with these cafes where you wonder if it's worth it. Worse attitude and policies then the most popular cafes in Taipei. I think I'll switch to 老店紅茶. Wrong location, rude staff, so many rules it felt like a college test. Better options within 1-5 minute walk.
The coffee is of a high quality and there is a very wide variety of options. Non coffee menu items also seem to be very well prepared and are quite enjoyable. The overall atmosphere is phenomenal, a sort of rustic old-world Europe kind of charm on the second floor overlooking the nearby streets leaves for a spacious and enjoyable area. There is a great amount of confusion surrounding the pricing. Foreigners seem to review this as highly negative but knowing the Taiwanese people, if this were really overpriced, they would not come. I suspect that their system is just very difficult to explain in English. Maybe a good suggestion could be to hire a native speaker to explain the system in detail in writing.
