Bob Evans!!! My first time here. How can it be that I have never had this bit of food heaven before??? We shared a yummy salad of chicken salad and fruit, but Heavenly (our waitress’s name) brought me two of THE BEST BISCUITS I have ever eaten! People!!! If you ever come to this city, STOP here! [[Tue.23.Jan.2024]] Wife and I stopped by this location at Traffic Circle for Breakfast, our Waitress’s was so very nice, we have had her last several times (not sure of her name, but she has long brownish hair and thin frame) she is always nice with a great smile. [[Sat.9.March.2024 @ 9:50am]] Wife & I had breakfast at this location, we ordered the Farmhand Platters, they were Delicious and full filling, every thing was Great from Cleanliness, Waitress to Taste of Food. My wife and I don't get to go out very often, differing schedules and a now 1 year old child, but we have made maybe 10 trips to Bob Evan's (store 103 is what the Manager told me) over the past year. On a number of occasions, we have had the pleasure of being served by two individuals that were absolutely stellar in providing a genuinely happy and amazing experience. The names of the two employees are Carrie and Heavenly. From just being friendly and welcoming, talking to us about our son, and remembering us, to providing amazing service, these two employees always go above and beyond, flawlessly, and effortlessly. It's always a delight to be waited on by either of these individuals. We had the pleasure of being served by Carrie again this evening, and the experience, as always, was phenomenal. I asked the manager if there was anything that could be done to recognize her outstanding work ethic, kindness, and overall awesomeness, which leads me to this review. I sincerely hope that Bob Evan's will recognize these two, and do something special for them. They are deserving of the praise and reward! The food portions were small and there was ingredients missing. I asked for loaded fries and got regular fries. They did take it off the bill atleast. The place was pretty busy and I almost didn't stop but we decided we'd wait it out. Well there was no waiting and the waitress very sweet and attentive. The food was perfection. The last couple visits were just above par. The crew was awesome, the food was the best ever and the atmosphere was very relaxing! Our server was excellent and was the only one working the breakfast shift on a busy Sunday morning. She was doing the work of 5 servers but still took the time to be kind and efficient even while training another person. I wish I'd have remembered her name. Our food was delicious also. Good food, good service. We didn't have to wait to be seated but when we left there were quite a few people waiting for tables. The place was full and the service was good. You can have the breakfast menu all day. I really like the biscuits they make. They have shirts, mugs, stuffed animals and other things in the gift area, as you are checking in and checking out. Had a latest breakfast here on Saturday. The eggs were closer to cold than hot, did not receive refills on coffee and after asking 3 times did not receive napkins. I understand we're all struggling, but I've been here when the service is excellent. They just didn't seem to be sending their best today. Food is usually cold when I door dash it from 2 miles away. They don't give you the same portions for carry out as they do for dine in. You get significantly less food when you carry out or have it delivered. The rolls are always fresh and good though.
