Haven't been to one of these in a while, Bojangles still on top when it comes to chicken, despite the almost empty parking lot, there were still some people chilling inside. The staff were very nice and I felt welcomed when they introduced me inside and asked me how I was doing. The christmas tree was going down so there was some decorations lying around on some of the tables although at least they have water on their drink machine. Food was great, the chicken sandwich tasted like a cajun spice inside and similar to Popeyes, chicken tenders are marvelous with the creamy buffalo sauce and the fries are like a skinnier version of a potato wedge. Never again! The drive thru ladies were rude as if I inconvenienced their conversation by ordering food. They poured hot sauce in my box that I never asked for. It soaked through the box and into my perforated custom leather seats that will have to now be detailed. The manager never called back so this let's me know they don't care. How about hiring employees that actually like their job and rectifying situations when your company is in the wrong. Not to mention out of the chicken, Macaroni, and beans that I ordered only the chicken was passable. The rest of the food I wouldn't feed to a stray dog. First and last time coming here. I got the #14 dinner with coleslaw and fries. My cousin got #13 with dirt rice and mashed potatoes with gravy. My friend got the chicken strip. Everything was hot and delicious. First time that the service was fast BUT!!!! the food was garbage, the chicken hard and they over fried it making the chicken worst, the biscuit like a rock . I have my mouth soar trying to eat this food. No wonder they were fast this time. It's a shame because 2 or 3 yrs ago the food was good but now is not worth it. Don't waste your money. I love Bojangles chicken but ... This store avoid!!! Came just before noon and the empty parking lot should have been my first warning that this store sucks. Ordered 8 pieces of chicken and 4 biscuit meal, $20!!!! Which is crazy expensive for chicken and biscuits but whatever. Waiting in the drive thru for 5 minutes with only one other car ahead of me. No movement, I left. It's fried chicken at lunch time. You should have a metric ton already made, same with the biscuits. It's fast food. For the high prices it should be a quick experience... But the lazy attitudes of the employees mean that it's not only cheaper for me to make at home but faster too.

When placing my order I asked the person to cook my chicken fresh. She told me that it just came up. I got my food and realized this is not fresh, so I took it inside. I was told that they can't cook fresh food until all of that chicken was gone I was not a happy camper with my order. This location had gotten slack in the last few years but has completly turned around d with a new staff and manager. Very friendly Nd food was great and hot fir the 1st time in a while. This is the worst Bojangles I've ever been to. I arrived one evening around 8 o'clock and was denied what food I wanted as they explained to me that per loss, they didn't want to open anymore nuggets so late in the evening. I accepted that and returned several days later around 4pm to be told the same thing. My last time visiting I chose the drive thru and was again told the same thing about food unavailability. As before I was told my only choices would be bone in chicken, chicken tenders or chicken sandwiches. I settled for two chicken sandwiches and upon biting into my first sandwich I noticed a rubbery texture as it was undercooked. My second sandwich was the same way. The food isn't good, the service could be better but management did a good job to explain that they are trying to work on product loss and that contributed to the unavailability of some items.
