I ordered a cheeseburger and asked for it well done. When I got home and checked my food it was not well done. It was pink. I called back and spoke to the manager Chris and he said they would put my name in the book and I could get another one. This is not the only time my burger was not cooked to my satisfaction. Well I called back today, 02/24/2024 and he said I couldn't order the cheeseburger because of the issue I had with them not cooking it well done that i had to order something else. How are you first going to tell me what i can order with my money? I said if the chef would've cook it the way I ordered it should not be a problem. I say well refund my money back. He said he had to look in the system to see if he can find my transaction then he said I could go ahead and order the cheeseburger this time. I told him he do not have to worry about me ordering anything from this place again. I asked for corporate number and will be giving them a call. I am adding to my last review...came here on Valentines day and the food was AMAZING. I had filet del Mar and it was sooo good. Probably the best steak I've ever had. I lovveee this place. This was only my second time here, haven't been in years and oh-my-gosh the food was sooooo good and the prices weren't bad compared to some of the other high end restaurants (although portions are a bit smaller than other places). This was my first time here , and the food did not disappoint ! The banging shrimps were definitely banging ! The key lime pie worked a different kinds of magic bite after bite . The service was wonderful , the wait time between ordering food and food coming out was short to none. Definitely would come back. Shrimp tacos were good and full of big shrimp. The bread and Italian oil were also delicious. The mashed potatoes were disappointing and way too chunky. My wife & me celebrated our 11th anniversary @ The Glen Burnie, MD location. The drinks were amazing, our waitress Angel was polite, informative & on point. The management staff blessed with champagne believes & dessert for celebrating our anniversary with them. Definitely a great experience! Pros: Food served hot, good portions, and very delicious! The atmosphere is cozy and the place is clean. I think the bar area has a better atmosphere than the dining area. Cons: Service was NOT good at all. And regardless of what price you pay for food, service is of the utmost importance. We got sat quickly. However, we waited a little over 20 MINUTES for waitstaff to come to our table to greet us. After our order was taken, the waitress came back just once. That is unacceptable, and even moreso when the bill is over $100. Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

We went here on a whim after shopping all morning. It was a good experience. Service was efficient and our food came out fast. The server really knew her stuff too. She was able to make great suggestions. I had the crab cake. It was well seasoned and hearty, delish. We'll be going back.
