We spent a long time choosing a farm to visit. In the end we decided on BoTree and it was a great choice. 👍 The place is authentic and they haven't lost the peppery spirit of Kampot, 🇰🇭 which happens at bigger farms. We had a free tour including a tasting. 🤤 Then we enjoyed top local food. All meals can be prepared vegetarian. 🌿 We recommend the excellent pepper ice cream. 🍦 In the end, we couldn't resist and bought a lot of pepper for home.

Free tour and tasting. We stayed for lunch afterwards. Huge portions and very tasty! Highly recommend the fruit shakes as well. Water refill station available for 1000 Riel a fill. Our Italian guide was fantastic (apologies for forgetting her name!)
Very nice family-owned and human size pepper plantation. Their pepper won awards and you can taste why! The food is fantastic and pretty cheap (I had the best food I ate in Cambodia). You can also make a free tour of the plantation thanks to foreign volunteers who stay over there for a few weeks at a time. Strongly recommended!

Absolutely loved our short visit here. Did the free tour & enjoyed tasting the pepper. Of course, we had to buy plenty to take home. The prices may seem a little high, but you are getting a guaranteed high quality product. Edit: As pointed out in the reply, the products are less expensive than other nearby farms. You can also get Fleur de sel here, which is the best salt available anywhere.

I stayed here for two weeks as a volunteer. Conducting tours of the plantation in English and my limited knowledge of French It’s a small pepper plantation family owned and operated by Khmère. Producing no doubt the best pepper in the world. No1 in most chefs opinion also a sommelier visited while I was there and loved the taste and food that was on offer. My love goes out to everyone at the plantation

Fantastic family farm which is a great place to visit while in the area. We rented a scooter in Kampot and the drive out was great, lovely and scenic. At the farm we were given a free tour and tasting which was very informative and interesting. Our guide spoke great English and answered all our questions along the tour. As someone who doesn't love pepper, I really enjoyed the experience. The pepper tea was very nice, despite it being very warm outside. Beautiful outdoor area to enjoy a beer. Beers and other drinks were about $1 and they had filtered water available. After the tasting, we bought the mixed pack (30g of white, 30g black and 30g red peppercorns) for roughly $8. The drive from the farm to Kep was very muddy. We heard another couples tuktuk driver suggest they drive back the way they came (towards Kampot) rather than take that road. But it was all part of the fun!
We found this visit to be interesting, learned a little about pepper and we bought some as well. Would recommend visiting a pepper farm. Nice people 3btraveler

We had a great tour and learned about pepper. The tasting at the end was fantastic, the pepper is really the best in the world ;) Of all the pepper farms around we would definitely recommend this one!

After a disappointing trip to a nearby pepper farm the previous day, I decided to stop by this pepper farm on Sunday. What a different treatment I got this time around. The staff were amazingly engaging and helpful. The tour was great. Pepper tasting was excellent. Got myself some pepper packages to take back to America.
I was very curious to see a pepper plant and a pepper farm. The free tour was full of useful information. I learned a lot about the whole process and the different kind of peppers. Red green black and white. The pepper taste experience was very good. They also provided boiled rice to clean the palate. Otherwise after a little while your mouth is overwhelmed with pepper taste. Two girls tried the pepper ice cream and they said it was strange but delicious. The shop has lots of nice stuffs at reasonable prices.
