A good "home style" value for money halal breakfast. It was filling. Much like a home breakfast. Not much ambiance in garage setting (some of pictures on Google seem like for a prior location?) Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast

Waiter was super effecient and friendly. Food was fantastic! Then people around me started to light up!!!! As a non-smoker sitting in a public place with a reasonably expectation to be in a smoke free area I was shocked!!! Great pity cos all in the experience was amazing but won't be returning and definitely won't be recommending this place to anyone I know.

Very average espresso, untrained staff.."would you like hot or cold milk with your espresso sir?" Reasonably prices but very limited tea choices, only 2? Not nice seeing a "manager"? hanging over the counter chewing a toothpick and slurping a monster at 8.30 shouting at passing women on the pavement

Excellent coffee, good and service. Highly recommended. The prices are also affordable but they don't compromise on quality. Great meet up spot for friends and business partners!

I was here on a Sunday morning with my son. I stood at the til but nobody was helping me, so I took a menu and sat down so long. Eventually people came and ordered coffee and they got helped. I threw a tantrum and halfway and somebody came to help me eventually. There doesn't seem to be any restaurant staff actually that are waiters, so they are all going on doing stheir own thing. Apparently no managers are on duty. Their flat white is a weak coffee in a very large cup, very different to normal restaurants. The rest of the food is good.

Tried Bottega via Mr D. Will definitely recommend them and order from them again. The steak strips were perfectly flavoured and cooked. Excellent flavour.

Can't believe no one has commented on Bottega Coffee Shop - great value for money in the food department, superb coffee, I love ordering the ice coffee frappe (crushed ice). Good food options, small focused menu that does it right all the time. Well done guys!

I eat breakfast 4to 5 times a week at Bottega. The staff are great, friendly and professional, the food is always exceptional quality with a little flourish. The COFFEE! Best in Pietermaritzburg, and I have tried them all. Well done Bottega!! I look forward to my mornings with you!
