I have never left a terrible review for a restaurant or not left a tip of some kind...until today. - Waited 20 minutes to be checked on once we sat down, and we're not treated well when the manager finally checked on us. - 20 minutes later I had to ask for the manager/server to attend to us - waited another 30 minutes for the chips and salsa to come out with a single side salad, and one of the people I was with had to go and ask for their food which was sitting for a long time in the order window. - 10 minutes later my girlfriend's French Dip sliders arrived completely cold, with fries also cold and soggy - my sandwich arrived layered in raw onions, which I specifically ask to not have - 15 minutes later my girlfriend's sliders arrived again, completely burned (see photo), with fries that were overdone too. She has ordered them several.timea here before and these were absolutely tiny, burned, and gross. Overall the ONLY thing that was representative of a decent eating establishment was the beer. The Health Department was called on them a week previous to this as well, so save your money time, and GI tract and go somewhere else. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We walked in and it was pretty slow inside so we liked it. We got seated and We waited for over 30 minutes to even have our order placed. So we ended up walking out. While we waited. the bartender and waiter sat out the outside of the restaurant chatting away with zero customer service for us. Most if these restaurants service is amazing! But this is a Horrible place of service! I would give a negative star if I could. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Food was nothing to rant about. The reason I’m leaving a review is to inform others of the quality of service and what to expect when you come here. I understand the fact that you had 1 bartender and 1 cook but if you can’t accommodate your customers and have food made in a reasonable time then don’t open your kitchen over 45 minutes for a sandwich to be made and also missing items on my order then having to wait longer just to get the item your missing is ridiculous. Then asking for it and being ignored several times because drink orders are more important and a priority over my order makes me feel like my order or being helped isn’t important makes me feel like I’m unwanted doesn’t make you feel like coming back to an establishment like this. The service at the beginning of my visit was good to get my order in but after my order it just went to unwelcoming. I would think twice and really get a feel for this establishment before really wanting to sit down and make this visit here. The environment was not a happy experience for me and I can tell from others around they felt the same. Honestly sitting a home watching the football game would have been a better experience for me then todays visit here. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Nice vibes, Jenn was a fabulous waitress. Good portion sizes and even though they were out of some stuff due to a truck not coming they let me sub with other things no questions asked. We had a fantastic waiter I forget his name but a fantastic young man very personable and attentive without being overbearing. Fantastic food and time once again.

Super Bowl on Feb 11, 2024 was an amazing experience. Erica and her staff put on a game winning performance. The food, the service, everything was at an amazing level. My Server was Katie and she was Amazing! Price per person $50–100 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Food was pretty good but a little pricy for what you get, but the absolutely worst part about this place was the service. The bartender, Erica M, just didn’t care that I was even there. It toked a very very long time to even get a menu out a drink then after I gave her my car to pay, she wouldn’t run my cars until I asked her please run my card so I could get out of there, and this isn’t the only time I’ve gotten horrible service from her. We love going to Bout Time in Ogden as you can see by all the 5 star ratings, but what really attracts us to this place is the Bar Tender, "BRO - D" and the Manager, "Erica". They never slow down in performing their duties, but when we have a chance to have a quick chat they make us feel so glad we came there. Very witty and entertaining to say the least. We stopped in for the first time to watch the final four this year. My friends and I were pleasantly surprised with all the nice bright screens, the management did a great job of maintaining volume during the game and for half time, they played music instead of making us listen to pointless commentary and commercials. We loved the selection of local beers (thanks!), their nachos were OK, not the best in town, but definitely a recommended choice if you stop in. Service was good, not great, but definitely we did not find ourselves wanting for anything. If you considered stopping in, I think that you will be pleasantly surprised just like we were!

Love this place and frequent 2-3 times a week in the evening but Black Friday i came here for the 1pm football game. Met Erica, the manager, for the first time as she was the only server. Most definitly should have been more staffed as the wait was 30 mins to get her attention. Ordered food that arrived wrong and waited too long. Asked for corrected food and Erica is the most rude person I have ever met. She is argumentative and snippy at you. I was fearful of asking for anything further. I was thankful that she works weekday day shift and i usually visit in the evenings when she isn't here or else I would go somewhere else to spend my money. I am beyond a good tipper but that day I had to do a $0 tip. Okay, okay, some people have a bad day but I'm here again for Sunday football and she is ending her shift. We asked to change one of the 50 TVs to a Bronco game and she argued that we had one way across the way ( not close and no one was watching the tvs around us us). I explained i have a big family table of all Broncos fans and need at least two tvs. She said in a snotty voice, "that's literally what i am doing". She walked away and never did change ONE tv to the broncos. We had to ask Kobe and Brody (which are AMAZING and should be given a raise for working with Erika - we never want them to ever leave) and we had a tv changed in 2 secs with a smile. It's about time for a time out for Erica to take customer service advice from her staff. Love this place! Just not weekdays during day shift. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5
