First time visiting Braum's, and I loved it! I ordered the birthday cake shake and it was the best one I've ever had. The staff were so kind and took their time making the shake. What was cool too is that they have a little market with a bunch of healthy options. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I like their monthly deals. All the milk for our toddler came from braums 01/2024 2/$6 The hamburgers are good if fresh. Ice cream is outstanding and we love seasonal flavors. This was the same when I worked there in 1998 but depending on the manager we were required to keep old burgers warm for quick service to compete with clown and king burgers. There's a man named Scott here he is amazing they have students learning registers my order was slightly wrong he fixed it no problems he treats everyone with the utmost respect. The food was good my cherry limeade was on point! Our order was served quickly and hot. I had lost my love for braums until today will definitely be back!!!! The young lady that took our order hadn't worked there long. She had made a mistake on our order, so she got another lady to help her, and they got it corrected immediately. Both were very friendly and pleasant. This was one of the best kept Braums locations. Everything was very clean. All of the employees were neat in appearance and friendly. I was very pleased and would stop again if in the area, as we were passing through, coming back home to Missouri. The food is usually very tasty. This morning I was asked to pull ahead to wait, which isn't unusual since I ordered a bag of bacon breakfast burritos, along with a latte and a couple sides of bacon. The bacon and late were for me and I was sad to find the bacon was not only cold but also tasted a tad "off" like it was old. I expect more from Braum's and am hoping this was a fluke. Always Friendly Service with a Smile! I usually use the drive thru for my breakfast order. The people are always friendly and food is always hot and fresh. The food was decent, but it was difficult to watch a worker go on a smoke break and smoke by the door as people walk in and out letting the smoke inside every time the door opens. He then proceeded to not wash his hands and just put on gloves and then starts to eats fries. As someone who works in this industry, I couldn't believe what I just watched.
