I was impressed with the fast service. The chips are thick, they bring two different salsas; one of which is hot. We got cheese dip with jalapeños and it had a nice texture and was not very spicy. Our entree was the chicken fajitas for two. It arrived quickly by robot. The chicken had a citrus taste, almost as if it was marinated with something like lemon. The fajitas didn’t have just peppers and onions but also yellow squash and mushrooms. I thought the flour tortillas were a little chewy. The biggest surprise of the night was that the menu prices didn’t match what our bill showed. You can check out an online menu at https://qrco.de/bbYFVP and see for yourself that my fajitas cost $30.75 on the menu yet the bill shows $31.98. At first o thought maybe the menu prices were wrong THEN I saw the discounted price for paying cash. Everything was clear then - the menu reflected cash prices. No where is this mentioned on the menu or in the restaurant. So, although the food was good, be prepared to pay more than you expect. Had an excellent lunch with tasty food and pleasant and efficient service. We tried some chicken dishes and were quite happy with them. The chips come with two salsa choices with slightly different heat levels (neither terribly hot). The quesadilla was quite full of chicken, veg and cheese. The grilled chicken lunch was excellent. Nicely marinated chicken breast covered in fajita vegetables and sides of rice and steamed veg. Side of jalapeños was healthy portion and quite peppy with lots of seeds. I ordered Quesadillas supreme, came with rice & beans as a side. I thought they are going to serve in a lettuce cup…that’s what the description said. But it was okay. The quesadillas was a bit salty, when I communicated about it to the server to let the chef know, they replaced without hesitant with fresh one. The food was good. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

We have been coming to Bravos for years. The crew here is always awesome, all of them. JP is the best!! Amigo (beep, beep) always adds to making the experience fun. And the food is consistently nothing short of great! There is no better Mexican restaurant anywhere! (My wife and I are 71, so we have been to a few!) You will not be disappointed. We had a very negative experience here tonight. While the food was lackluster, after we paid for the very over-priced meal, the waitress told us our credit card had been declined. When my husband opened the check book, the card inside was not our card & belonged to someone else. He explained to her that she must have been some sort of mix up, but she was insistent that this was the card he had given her & there is no way she could have mixed up the cards. She continued to insist that the declined card was the one my husband gave her & that she had checked everywhere and was sure this was the card we had given her. We asked to speak to a manager & she snipped that there was not one. We asked her to check again & she gave us attitude about doing so. However, she FINALLY looked again & came back holding our credit card saying that some other waitress had accidentally taken it. First, how on earth was she so negligent that our credit card end up with another waitress? Second, she was barely apologetic & seemed irritated with US for her mistake. The fact that she did such a poor job looking for our credit card the first time around was concerning. Between the subpar food & horrible service, we will not be returning here again.
