Excellent customer service especially in the morning on my way to work. The expresso is delicious and the women morning opener is absolutely amazing and very friendly always to everyone no matter how busy. Highly recommend stopping in
Ordered chicken, prepaid for it and they said it would ready in 15 min. It was 5:30. They should have had food in the warmer ready for the supper hour. When I arrived 18 minutes later they said they had just put it the broaster and it would 15 min. Really!! Terrible service. This place is going down hill.
This is my absolute favorite stop on my route!! The Ladies there at Brew always make my day with how positive and upbeat they are. If you’re hungry… you MUST try the BBQ Pork Pizza… AMAZING!!
Stopped to get coffee mid afternoon. Saw they had warm chicken. Got a chicken breast that was crisp on the outside, moist on the inside. Included in the box was a biscuit fresh out of the oven with melted butter or a mostly butter sauce poured on it. Pleasantly surprised! They sell wine too.
Worst customer service just happened. I asked for a refund on my bag of ice because it was terribly freezer burnt. I was told we don't give refunds. So rude. I'm in this location multiple times a week. The girl at the register said she didnt know how to refund. I have managed a gas station, refunding customers is easy. Good service skills are what is needed here. Ugh. I will be calling management.
Quick service. Food is delicious. Love the drive thru!! Didnt even have to get out of my truck. Got bread. Milk and beer all sittin in my truck on the way home after a looooong day at work. Love the brew! Gas prices are competitive with caseys and cigarette and beer prices are lower than caseys just to save you some time ;)
Great costumer service. They helped me with everything i need help with like the ice cream machine and didnt seem upset about it at all like im used to. Their chicken is amazing, crispy and juicy.
This place has it all... Gas, Diesel, a few truck parking spots, friendly staff, great coffee drinks, liquor, fried chicken, and a convenience store.
Love this place and stop every time I go through town.
