We have been coming here for years and love Brix. The renovation is beautiful and opens up the space a lot. It definitely makes the restaurant feel different and takes away a little bit of the charm, but it’s the best for the restaurant. The food was good and the staff were friendly and helpful as always. The prices have gone up quite a bit and while the food is good, I just don’t think that the cheese board is worth $50+ dollars. We will be back because Brix is absolutely one of the best in Flag! I had the steak, but don't expect a steak like your in Texas. That being said, it was excellent though could of been a bit more warmer. The fries were perfect, and I had a very tasty chocolate mousse cake for dessert. Great service. Interesting artwork. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We ordered duck breast and steak frites, each dish is $51. The serving size is so much smaller than the pictures uploaded by other customers. Our waitress is nice she told us the menu has recently changed and she asked the kitchen then told us the duck is 8-11oz depending on the cut while the duck breast we got looks more like 4-6oz. The steak is cooked very well, tender and juicy however it's only three thin slices, the bone marrow is grilled to almost dried, and the fries has probably been sitting under the heater for too long so that it's super crunchy and the texture is like cookies. Probably won't be back again because of its value. At the same price level you get so much better food in Old town Scottsdale/Phoenix Biltmore area, and this is Flagstaff. WOW is what I can say about this restaurant. SO GORGEOUS!!! I played a wedding and we had cocktail hour, reception here and the atmosphere is PERFECT for the intimate, romantic wedding. Probably the most gorgeous restaurant I’ve played at for a wedding. The staff is super nice and the food is amazing. Can’t wait to play here again! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Great place to celebrate a special occasion. Enjoy a date night or just wow you're a taste buds. Brix has one of the best wine lists in Flagstaff but cocktails to match. We thoroughly enjoyed that Arizona sake cocktail that was right and refreshing. The food is all high quality with fantastic scallops. Grouper was the special for the evening and that was absolutely cooked to perfection. But the baseline for any good restaurant. It's the vegetables and their vegetable platter was on point which just sets the foundation for your entire meal. If you can get the patio seating that is quite enjoyable during the nicer time of year as it reminds you of an almost British style restaurant with the trees and vines growing around the tables.

We reserved a 9pm on the patio. Very comfortable and cozy. Music selection was on point. Fran, our server, answered all of our many questions, was kind and attentive, and truly made sure we had a fantastic experience. Every dish prepared by the chefs was interesting, balanced, and well-executed. We were so pleased by our mains that we ordered three desserts to try (all were soooo good). Had the most wonderful dinner with Fiancé at Brix. Cierra was a wonderful server and made sure everything was perfect! Everyone we came into contact with were so kind and helpful. The ribeye and duck were phenomenal, and the creme brulee and raspberry ginger sorbet was fantastic as well! We also got to meet with Rebecca to talk about having our reception here for our wedding. She was kind and so helpful. I look forward to working with her more and the amazing reception to come!

Disappointed. In Flagstaff one night, researched a lot and chose Brix. It’s a very nice restaurant with really nice ambiance hence the 3 stars. We were a party of 5, ordered 5 cocktails, 3 came and 2 came 10 min later. Ordered 5 entrees, 2 came and waited 5 min for the other three. Steak was delicious but market fish was over cooked. They took care of us though which we appreciated as we did not eat all of the fish, too dry. Service was not great. Server did not check on us after food arrived which is when we would have reported the overcooked fish. Instead, the server apologized for lack of attention due to them also having a large party. This is not something your table wants to hear. Each table, paying the same high prices for a fine dining experience, should get the same attention.
