If you prefer drama at a bar, I suggest a pub in London or a bistro in Paris during the World Cup. Brix, however is pure elegance for a lovely drink where even the dogs accompanying owners are classy. Price per person $20–30 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Great place to try a wide range of phenomenal wines. Complete with anything from appetizers to main courses to desserts from the accompanying Italian restaurant. Personalized service and pairings, as well. Not inexpensive, but a great time. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
