Absolute ripoff. $7.00 for a lousy pastrami bfast bagel. Look at the photo for proof. They skimp

Prepaid order and when I got there they did not have my gluten free bagels. They tried to get me to sub another bagel which I did not want. Clerk walked away and showed up with manager who suggested I take something else. I wanted gluten free and he reluctantly said he would refund the gf bagels but couldn’t do it right away. Good bagels but they were not cut all the way through which made them messy. Ingredients were just ok. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

The Smokehouse Brisket Egg Sandwich was surprisingly good and the best bagel I’ve ever had at Bruegger’s. The hazelnut coffee was as flavorful as always. (Sorry for the limited pic of the sandwich. I was totally in the midst of mowing it down when I realized I should pause and write a review. It was good enough to totally distract me from my mission! 😂)

I liked going here since its convenient, but I won't be going back again. Sitting in their restaurant, my daughter asked 'What kind of bug is that?' and turned to see a cockroach in the middle of the day go across the booth and then slip between a crack. Take care of the infestation please.
