Visited today 2/26 @7pm for the first time, even though the ice cream was good we won't be coming back, the very young lady at the drive-thru was so rude like she hated to be there, the place was empty so not like she was in a rush or anything, just not customer service skills at all; I rather bring my business to somewhere that is more welcoming. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The food was fine nothing special, but when I called back to look for my lost credit card, they quickly said no we don’t have any and hung up on me. Very rude! We will not be returning just because the person hung up on me like that. He couldn’t take 3 seconds for me to tell them it was thru drive thru or put me on hold to atleast pretend to check or ask a manager Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Went here to get their Hot Fudge Brownie. For the price I was disappointed. I got the banana flavor (2/5) which was very bad. Their death by chocolate was good (4/5). But the brownie was ok. May be my combination of ice cream was bad but overall the experience was ok. The staff were polite and friendly. They have a drive through and there is parking as well.

I absolutely love Bruster's!!! My favorite 😋 The offer vegan - dairy free ice cream...When I 1st started going I would get the 2 scoops (cookies n cream n chocolate) now I get 3 scoops in this order. Mint at the bottom, chocolate in the middle and on top cookies n cream. Highly recommend Bruster's.

Death by Chocolate is amazing. "Impressive" Butterscotch Sundae was reported as well. Our dogs were pleased with the free puppy cups so the vote was unanimous! Good stuff.

I went for ice cream tonight, it was closing time, the girl Arianna that helped me was a sweetheart, i moved here a couple years ago but I had never been there for ice cream. Shevwas very polite and kind! I felt bad it was closing time but I wouldn't have known that the way Arianna treated me, Thanku Arianna
