Easily the best ramen in Puli Town if not Nantou County. Be prepared to queue for up to 30 mins. Go for their house specials like spring onion ramen or black garlic ramen. Pro tip. After taking your Q number, go to the side of the building where there are seats for you while you wait for your number to be called. Don’t mill around the entrance where you will most likely miss your number when it is called because there are no monitors there and you can hear the number announcement very well from there: Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $200–400

The black garlic ramen was so good!! Flavorful broth and noodles cooked to perfection. The sauce for the egg tofu side dish was to die for! English menu available.

It's nice place to have reman, soup base is rice, if you think is salty you can ask for add more soup.

Phenomenal soup and chashu. The side dishes are surprisingly tasty too. The broth is very rich and satisfying. I ordered the seaweed with egg dressing and the waiter kindly warned me that it's a little bit bitter. It's turned out to be true but it's a good kind of bitter that is natural to the ingredients.

Cozy place, kind staff, Ramen really tasty. Never taste this kind of receipe anywhere else. Suitable place to hanging out with friend or family here! Will back here next time Service Dine in Meal type Lunch
