Pros:Server was nice enough, gave great recommendations. Food and margaritas were tasty. Cons: It was too loud like I was in a club and Although they close at 12am, they would not allow us to order more food after 11:30. We arrived at 11:00 and only had appetizers. We even asked when the kitchen closed as they gave us a last call for drinks, and they said time. I had to wave my server over and he happily took our order but came back immediately to tell us the kitchen had already started cleaning. This was very unprofessional, and I would as I have been in the food service industry my how career. Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

When you first get to this location, it can feel rather lonely a lot of times. The food is always good. The chicken is never dry, and it's typically not greasy. The fries are amazing here. When we order, it's normally dinner time, and I have yet to be dissatisfied with a batch yet. We got seated quickly, but it took at least 10 minutes for our server to come to our table. Once we ordered our food took at least 20 minutes for half of our table to get theirs, and then another 20 for the rest. One of our orders was wrong and when we asked for it to be remade we were brought a side of buffalo sauce instead. When our final order came out it only had 7 wings when we ordered 10. Tried to serve me old wings and ice cold fries. They mixed some fresh wings with old wings like we couldn’t tell the difference. We arrived 10 minutes after the pickup time. Had a wonderful experience here tonight. After picking up my food, I noticed they were missing items. I went back to the store and they redid the whole order for me. This was my first time dine-in experience at Buffalo Wild Wings. Earlier I tasted their Traditional Wings with Thai Sauce from one of their take away counters at Northlake and I didn't enjoy them as per my expectations. But this time at the Bedford outlet, I had an exceptional experience. Four of us hopped in here pretty hungry looking for lunch. And we were fully satisfied with the food, the taste and quality of it and the service. Each and every item was exceptional and are as listed below: Traditional Wings (10 pieces) with hot sauce - $10.99 Smoked Brisket Burger - $14.79 Southern Chicken Sandwich - $10.99 Buffalo Ranch Chicken Wrap - $11.99 Brisket Taco - $11.99 Every single item tasted delicious and are worth the price with more than enough quantities. Me and my friend went here tonight. We had about 4 beers within 5 hours (we went for happy hour and watched a football game) along with 2 apps, 5 boneless wings, and split a burger. The server asked if we wanted another beer and my friend said yes. 5 minutes later, we’re told by the manger “I’ll let you have one more”. We’re not quite sure why we got cut off when there was 9 people in this establishment. But then the server proceeded to ignore us until it was time to pay the bill. Good luck here. I come here often, but tonight they really dropped the ball on service. Avoid Benjamin. I asked to pay using the scan and pay at the table they wouldn't let me and I also want to use my app offers they were too incompetent on how to do it. Overall a mess and the manager did not to fix the issue. Disappointing. No contact me back after the complaint. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

My husband and his family and I had the worst customer service you can give to someone our waitress she was very rude from the time we sat down to the time we left.
