This was only the second time I went to Buffalo Wild Wings and it was wonderful. Our server Ashley was great and attentive, the teriyaki boneless wings were yummy, and the chips & dip trio with the house tortilla chips was just the right amount of spicy. The seating staff were asking everyone if they wanted to sit in the bar since there was no wait, even though there were a ton of open tables on the main floor. So, my children and I sat in the bar at a tall table on very uncomfortable barstools with no back rest. They gave us all 1 menu right away, but then took forever to come back and take our order. I had to ask staff if we needed to order using the QR code on the table. Finally, they took our order. I asked for extra cherries for our Shirley temples, but they were out, even though they had a full bar. My daughter's chicken strips looked very dry. My son didn't like his cheeseburger very much. When we were ready for dessert, I had to hunt down the waitress again. I also asked for boxes and the bill at the same time. She forgot about the boxes and the bill, so I asked again after our dessert arrived. She finally got us both. She was nice overall. This place is not what I remember. We used to go very frequently. I enjoyed my experience, the bar tender was friendly and knowledgeable. The wings were what I was wanting, they really hit the spot. Oh and it was Tuesday night wing deal get either 6 or 10 pieces wings and get second order for 50%. Went down good with an ice cold IPA. Disappointed with my take out order tonight. Frankly, I’ve been to BWW locations all over the US and I’ve gotten screwed at each one. I am done with this restaurant chain. I’ve given them way too many chances. Ordered a large onion rings but what I got was a small onion ring and fries. Ordered a 10 piece wings with hot buffalo sauce and the wings were bone dry - not a lick of sauce on them. At a minimum, a restaurant needs to get the customer’s order right, and this chain consistently fails to do that at every location. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I took my wife and kids there on Veterans Day 11/11/2023. We ordered our food and drinks. It took 20 minutes for us to get our food. Then we weren't given napkins, or silverware, we had to ask for them. Not once did the waitress check on us to see if we needed anything (my wife wanted more ranch and soda). My wife is a U.S Army Veteran and we love chicken wings but the service we got makes us like Wings Stop even more. I'll never go to this location again. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

Ordered some food for pick up and they completely messed it up I should have check every box in my bag next time but I probably won’t order from here again. Missing the fried pickles I ordered and was missing five wings.
