This Buffalo Wild Wings is fantastic. Even though they were short staffed, they still kept the beer and wings coming. The restaurant itself is very clean and has a lot of space between tables. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. My beer glass went empty one time, but not for long. The wait staff was constantly moving and doing it with a smile. With the horrible service record that many places have today; I saw some truly hard working folks that actually cared about their customers. The draft beer is cold and delicious and the wings came out perfect! I even had the queso, and while it's not up to authentic Mexican restaurant standards, it's perfectly fine for a wings restaurant. I recommend the Spicy Passion Fruit margarita, you won't regret it. I also highly recommend this Buffalo Wild Wings for great food, great service, and an all around great experience!! A+ Service!

I'm giving them 5 stars because our Christmas Eve order did not get through to them from the app. I asked about it 20 minutes early, and we discovered the error. It was supposed to be ready for pickup at 5:10 pm. My 150 wings, with all the dips and flavors we asked for, were ready at 5:16. That is Excellent customer service!! The food was good as always. Best service I've had in a very long time! Belkis was our waitress and she was on top of it!! Seriously, fantastic service! Also best boneless wings I've had from Buffalo Wild Wings. They always come out mostly crust, over cooked and hard with little sauce on them but that WASN'T the case here. They were made just right!! So good! Meal type Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I questioned why the reviews at this place were so low, I love BWWs! I placed a pick up order here for me and 2 other people and I most definitely see why the ratings are so low. The location is extremely slow, they mess up orders frequently. They forgot fries on one of our combos and forgot to give me all the extra sides of ranch I paid extra for and the ones that came with the wings were in tiny containers and weren’t even filled up half way. I don’t know about you but I ain’t eating no wings without some ranch my man…gotta have it. I went here with my wife and 2 friends to dine in a while back as well and as you would expect, the service is extremely slow, good luck getting refills and if you’re planning on walking in already hungry, find somewhere else to go because you will be waiting. I had to wait for the pickup order 30 minutes past the ready to pickup time on the app which was already 30 minutes after placing it on the app. People coming in 15-20 minutes after me getting their food before me. Best BWW I've had yet. Food was hot and really tasty, service was pretty fast so no complaints from me. I will say the mango habanero wings weren't as hot as I've had at other locations. My friend's burger look really tasty too! Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $100+

I live an hour away decided to ask my husband to stop on his way home from work and pick up dinner. I called in our order, the lady couldn’t understand me. I figured when he picked up the order it would be wrong. Not only was the order wrong, but we ended up missing part of the order, and received some dry chicken, and on the few pieces we did have are bbq and not cooked all the way.

Elyse came to us 20 minutes after being sat and rarely checked on us. We had to ask for refills and napkins. I get there only being 2 servers, but it wasn’t even busy and maybe management should’ve stopped by and been helping. I’m a waitress myself at a way busier sports bar working with only 4 people sometimes and I still greet everyone within a timely manner and get help from management. This is the worst service I’ve ever had here. I never not stop by my tables and just let them sit there with bad service. Terrible. Maybe let’s not schedule people who can’t handle more than 3 tables. Service: 1

Went there with my younger siblings for my birthday. I called the store and asked if it was the 1.99 kids meals day and they said yes but for dine in only. So we get ready and go there. When ordering they told us that the 1.99 kids meals was a different day. I still decide to eat because we were already their. It takes 50 minutes to get ready (we were watching tables that were there after us get there food first). While waiting multiple of us needed refills … never got. When we finally get the food they didn’t even acknowledge the wait. So we go on and eat the food. Never checked on until being done eating. There were multiple servers on the floor and they didn’t seem that busy. When we finally got the bill they charged my 12 year old sisters drink as an adults one. I just paid for it anyways because I didn’t want to cause problems and get the server in trouble. I didn’t tip and this is coming from someone who always tips $20+ when eating. Buffalo Wild Wings is only good if you place an online order 30+ minutes before you plan on picking it up. PS I forgot to mention that they messed up on my other sister’s wing flavor order. Good atmosphere to watch Aggies vs Alabama, nice & friendly waitress, very attentive. Now, as for the wings way over cooked. Worse wings ever. As for management giving a discount due to horrible food, only gave $4.47 discount on a $72 bill. Should of been a 10% discount of the bill.
