Eelicia was my server and this girl is GOOD!! She was the ONLY staff working the entire floor and SHE KILLED IT!! Smiling and never missed a beat. Super friendly, super great, I love people who love their job!! Amazing job girl!! You deserve recognition!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Waited an extra 40 minutes for our delivery. We called the delivery person asking about our order and they said BWW keeps telling me we are “getting it together.” The only thing they are getting together is closing up shop.The delivery person said it was not that busy either. Waitress was very friendly and did the best she could. We were told that it was a 30 minute wait to be seated and there was only 4 tables being used. Then after we were seated and ordered our food it takes 40 minutes to get my wife's food and I had to wait an additional 5 minutes for my food. The burgers we ordered we great. The waitress was so accommodating. I believe her name was Nitriva or something along those lines. She was so nice, and very understanding. She told us what she was going to do, and where she would be if we needed to find her. She gave us time to choose what we wanted to eat, and all in all was very patient. Updated and reduced rating: Came in to order lunch and the bar area was closed off, no big deal. I stood at the front counter for 5 minutes, then walked over to the bar area where 4 employees and a manager were seated and even spoke with the manager and still was not assisted. Nobody seemed to care, and only one young lady was running food and taking care of the dining room. Seems like the management here isn't interested in providing a positive experience, or rather, ANY experience. I have submitted a formal complaint directly to the BWW corporate team as well. I promise if you order a pickup or to go order you will be very disappointed and angry! I have given this specific Buffalo Wild Wings so many chances and have been disappointed every time. Never have the correct order! The employees can’t read the order or put the order in correctly. Food is always cold and little to no sauce on the wings. You’d also think they would be making sure the food is correct with how long it takes to be made. Drive the extra miles and try a different Buffalo Wild Wings. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

It's a really good place to eat, but don't order an uncommon drink. I even sent the recipe back and still came back with ingredients unlisted. I'm not supposed to have OJ and my drink came back with half of just that. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

I was very upset. Worst experience I've had at a bdubs I think. Will be quite long before I try again. Ordered online, arrived when should be picked up. Waited another 25 minutes on food. Patiently and and pleasure in regards to staff. When finally got food. Took home and all 12 wings were so burnt up and cooked to the point of dry meat on bones. Walked in nobody around to great you, wasn’t that busy maybe five tables full, got our drinks, gave to the wrong people. Not asking. After giving drinks just walk away not asking if we are ready to order. Ten minutes later she came back and took our order. Got our order they just put the food in front of you not asking who order what. Fries were cold ask for fresh fries came right back with the fries and the were cold as well. They probably just put on a different plate and brought them right back. Won’t be going back to that one in Oshkosh. Have ordered to go twice in the last month (the second time hoping the first was a mishap) and I am very displeased. My wings had almost no sauce on them, the packaging was wet and soggy, my fries were cold. Do not recommend this location. Sub par work Food: 2
