Ordered dinner for myself last Saturday night not only did I not receive my food but I was charged twice for it and still haven’t received my money back . But I’ve been getting plenty of “I understand “ such a crock. Not one time have I received and apology either. And the fact that I have talked to management at least 6 times. Our server Julie is the best! I did everything online but she still checked on us every 5min or so. She was super kind and attentive. The place was half full and she had EVERY table with no issues. Everyone looked happy and tables were turning smoothly. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I mean, just look at the other reviews. But our order of traditional wings came in wrong twice in a row. Ordered 20 wings with 4 sauces all sauces on the side and received some sauces on the side with all 20 wings covered in one of the sauces. Second batch was missing one of the requested sauces on the side. Had to ask for requested side after the second attempt - celery and carrots. Got my draft beer about 15-20min after ordering. I truly try giving servers the absolute benefit of the doubt when a busy night. But this night it was mainly empty and we barely got checked on. We spent most time waiting for our order to be taken AND waiting for the bill than we spent actually eating. Should not be at a restaurant for 2 hours for a 30 piece boneless meal for 4 people! Not to mention the server landing an alcoholic beverage in less than arms reach of my 1 year old niece. This place is SO dirty! Leaves all in the entrance like you’re walking down the park sidewalk, bathroom gross, utensils gross SO gross I nearly lost my appetite. Asked for to go / plastic ware for my meal and drinks. This place has gone downhill and I'm never going back here again. I ordered honey BBQ and Blazing wings for the table and they mixed them together so we couldn't tell them apart. My little sister ate the wrong one and it made her so upset and sick that she couldn't eat another bite and sat there in tears. Who thought that was a good idea? My beer glass wasn't event washed and looked disgusting. They handed out cheap plastic utensils, which was probably for the best since they probably wouldn't clean them properly anyways. The bourbon wings just tasted like alcohol and the prices were too high based on the poor quality of food. Most of the wings weren't covered in sauce either. What a miserable experience. Chicken was still raw. The restaurant was very dirty .there was gnats everywhere and it smelled of old dirty carpet .Didn't even receive a receipt. my order was wrong. frankly I will never be going there again .I had a take out order left a $7 tip and still was treated like c*** like I was bothering them. trust me won't be going there for $55 worth of a couple pieces of chicken that were disgusting.
