Great, There's an amazing plate of food, Lot's to choose from! The Service is great, Employees are very nice, make you feel at home. The Atmosphere is great, You can make friends there easily, Bond over different sports, Mainly UFC which is a great thing to watch there! Watch any sports event that you choose. TVs located all throughout the restaurant. Fun environment if you are a sports fan BACON SMASHED HATCH CHILE BURGER 6/10. It just had the taste of a bacon cheese burger. I could not taste any of the Chile or other ingredients at all. Boneless jerk chicken wings 6/10. The flavor was really good, but it was mostly breading with some chicken. House sampler- 6/10. Mozzarella sticks, onion rings, boneless wings, ultimate nachos with chicken, I wish the fried items were hand breaded. Had to use a lot of sauce for a better taste. Mango habanero bone in wings- 9/10. Probably the best item that was ordered. Had the most flavor out of everything. I went to this location 11/27/2023 and I’ll never go again. I had a coupon for $7 off an order of $25 or more. I tried to use it on my mobile order and it wouldn’t work. I went inside as I was already at the restaurant just sitting in my car trying to order for a pickup. I walk in and there no employees to be seen. No one at the host stand so I wait at the counter. It takes 10 minutes for someone to come upfront. I tell the employees I’m having issues with my coupon and wanted to see if I could just order inside and still get the offer. She starts taking pictures of the coupon and said she ask the manager. She goes does that and when she arrives back to me she says the manager said they can do $5 off and then walks away. I continue to stand at the counter for an additional 20 minutes. The manager then comes out and gets on the register. She doesn’t say hi or ask me if I’m being helped. She continues to do whatever she doing on the register and after 5 minutes she ask me if I’ve been helped as I’m looking at her pretty upset at this point. I proceeded to tell her the same thing I told the other employee. My coupon not working I’m even showing her the coupon on my phone. She takes my order and then said it wasn’t working. She says maybe the system needs to update and ask me to wait 10-15 minutes and she be back out. She doesn’t apologize for the inconvenience she doesn’t offer me a water. 25 minutes later and she still didn’t return and there no other employees on the floor to grab their attention. At this point I’ve been there for an hour. I finally get me food and I drive home I live 5 min away and it all cold and honestly not the great tasting. This was a horrible experience with subpar food I definitely don’t recommend as I’ll never go back and make sure I tell my family and friends the same. They now upcharge for extra ranch you get 3 for 20 traditional wings large fry and large cheese curd. Fry's where cold and soft and they don't bring your whole order out at the same time they bring it out as it's done so my daughter food was brought out first and she was done by the time we ate. Was told to pay online and didn't see they already had the tip upload of 10.00$ never paid do much there bill is usually a lil over 30$ with the up charges I spent 60$ highly disappointed definitely won't be a regular spot for our family anymore. Our food arrived at the table faster than it ever had, even for as slow as it was. Our server was also very attentive. The food tasted as expected, and this turned out to be among the best experiences we've had at any Buffalo Wild Wings! I ordered takeout and it was supposed to be ready at 6:30 but I didn’t get my food until 7:10. I only ordered 20 wings with fries. 6 other people came and left with much bigger orders. The employee came around 6 times and my name but never apologized for the wait. I tried the limited bourbon bbq sauces and the wings were just dabbed with a little bit. They should have told me it was all gone and gave me something else. I also got 17 out of 20 wings. I don’t think I will be back again. The place is pretty good clean place to eat. The service is extremely slow though so if you want another drink after finishing one you are going to wait another 10-20 minutes to get the drink. I had to wait an additional 20-30 minutes for my pick up order when I showed up at the time when it was suppose to be ready. No one was at the front and everyone was having to seat themselves because there was no host. When I finally got the order it was cold and I found multiple strands of hair. I immediately called back and requested to a manager. I told the manager who answered, Robert what happened and he said he will figure out what happened. I told him I wanted a refund and an email confirmation about it and he said I would get a refund but wouldn’t give it to me in writing.
