At this bar, guests can drink good draft beer. Clients don't highly appreciate buffalo wings and tea at Buffalo Wild Wings. At this place, you can get a takeout. The competent staff welcomes people all year round. A lot of visitors find that the service is fine. Low prices can't rejoice the guests of this spot. Enjoy the nice atmosphere here. I've had a rough week and me and a buddy went to get food. They were busy and very short staffed, we sat at the bar and there was a rude and drunk man giving them problem the bartender Wyatt was his name I believe had the waitress Wendi come over to help with him and he eventually left, Wyatt was an awesome bartender said he was a marine during our conversations and was really great and Wendi took our food order food was hot and delicious. Wendi was a fantastic server and super nice and we felt like we were well taken care of! Even though they were short staffed they worked hard. They were out of a lot of menu items but that's not the staffs fault. Will definitely be returning! Service Dine in Meal type Dinner

Rotten celery, over sauced wings, dirty tables, and caked up salt shakers. This location used to be a lot better. Maybe it is just an anomaly but the last two times we have been here the food and service was just “okay”. Not really worth coming back for. Never got our appetizer or any food at all. It started after a long wait for food. The waitress told us there was some issue, which was probably that she never put our order in. We were about to just leave but she said our food would be free and they would push our order to the front. The offer of free food gave me incentive to wait for way too long. After being there for over 1 hour and 15 minutes without a bite of food we got up and left to eat somewhere else. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1

We waited over 1-hour for our food to arrive. Our entire order consisted of 1 burger, 16 boneless wings, 3 orders of fries, and soft drinks. The Dr. Pepper was flat, so I switched to water, and one of my sons had to switch to Starry. Then, once the food arrived over an hour after ordering it, my burger was barely warm and most of the toppings were missing. In top of that, I dropped over $50 (plus a generous tip because our server was very kind despite the kitchen staff's shenanigans). That's a lot of cash to spend on subpar food and a ridiculous wait after being seated. Normally, Buffalo Wild Wings at the Huntington Mall provides a great experience, but I'm so disappointed that I'll likely never return. I'm finding many restaurants that once delivered the goods are a shell of themselves in the post-pandemic world, which is so annoying. If you can't hire enough staff, then limit how many you can seat at a time or just close the place until you are able to operate properly. Bdubs is always awesome! First time trying the one by the Huntington mall and it was overall better than Portsmouth! Wings had more sauce for sure and the queso was slightly different with a little more flavor. It's really pulling hairs comparing two buds since they are all great! I always recommend bdubs for wings. Update: walked in 10min before 1pm Sunday NFL started. Waitress double checked what game i was wanting to see so I would be right in front of a TV. Had my wings and queso before kickoff. I've never had such fast service! Another great experience and another great Cowboys win! Absolutely horrible service, have no idea how the food tastes. Placed an order, 55 minutes later - no food still, told them to forget it !!!!!! If you need to watch TV great place - if you expect to eat or drink anything , stay home or pick another place!! WILl nOT COmE BACK, EVER!!!!!!

I take my uncle Bob out to eat a few times a week to get him out of the house. He doesn't drive anymore because of his age. I suggested Buffalo Wild Wings, and he said he has never been impressed, but he'd give it another chance. That was a big mistake. Service was very slow, the waitress was rarely on the floor. The Mt Dew was not mixed properly and tasted really bad. She forgot to bring us plates and silverware for our appetizer, and it took her over ten minutes to bring them to us. I had to call out the manager because I'm staring at food with no silverware or plates, I'm also staring at a drink I can not drink. The poor waitress was new, and I understand that, but management should not allow someone who isn't ready to serve go at it alone. The manager was friendly though. She didn't charge us for our meal. I would have had it right and paid for it than had it wrong and not have to pay for it. And what a terrible environment. A huge open room full of tables with walls lined with TVs? And the food was not impressive either. I could through some frozen food in the oven and it would taste better. Here's something the company should think about... What do you do to retain staff? What do you do to keep them happy? Do you treat them well, or do you treat them like they owe you something for giving them a job? Does your training work well, or should you look into maybe finding a better way? These are my observations from being a customer just one time. Something is broken at the top. My advice is to find what's wrong and fix it. The sooner you do, the sooner, the better. Anyway, There are a lot of restaurants in the area that are really good. BWW had the chance to turn us into regular customers. I don't think we will ever be back. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Went here last night to eat paid $47.50 for dinner waited 40 minutes for food my wings were undercooked ordered 20 piece and plus 10 piece my 20 piece were missing 3 wings cold and dry also only got 2 flats out of 20 wings plus I ordered 2 ordered of potatoes wedges with salt & vinegar they were cold then to make it worse they didn't even Shake the salt & vinegar Seasoning with the wedges they just poured the seasoning for the wedges in the middle of the wedges and served it to us to go wow I really enjoy Buffalo wild wings but not going back they did refund me for the wedges but the service was terrible the wait was extremely long and to go order was terrible I would give zero stars if I could

Food was great. For as slow as the restaurant was when we visited, it took a bit longer than we felt like it should have to get our food. It was hot, however, when it came out. Our waitress was very nice and checked on us frequently. Overall I’d still recommend it. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
