Typical Buffalo Wild Wings experience. The food was delicious we tried cauliflower wings which were full of flavor and cooked to perfection. We also had boneless wings with Asian zing and hot sauces. As always very good. We also had the everything pretzel bites. The beer cheese is very good. It was mid day and there were only 2 other tables occupied and a few ppl at the bar. I have not eaten here in six years because we did not enjoy our visit at the time. We took a chance today and I have to say that I really enjoyed my meal. I had six garlic parm boneless wings and wow I could taste the garlic eight off the bat, then I was getting a taste of hot pepper. I liked the coating and flavor, it was very good. I also got the American burger and I loved it, it juicy and absolutely delicious. Stephan was our server and he was very pleasant, and fulfilled our order to the tee. My husband had onion rings and the garlic wings bone in. He enjoyed his too. Congrats Stephan on your degree, best wishes for future success!👍😊 I won't wait six years to go back that's for sure. Buffalo Wild Wings is the flavor bomb, Great wings & plenty of yummy sauces, Especially the garlic parmesan. Mac and cheese is pretty good. The All-American burger with grilled onions is impeccable. Love the lunch time meal deals and the skinny fries are delish. During Happy Hour apps/drinks deals are great. I highly recommend the Southern Chicken Sandwich definitely one of my favorites. Bird dawg, pretzel knots, mozzarella sticks, Blue LITs, & Strawberry margarita all bang for affordability. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3 Recommended dishes Fries

Amazing. Order food online, go pick it up. No sauces. Not sure how hard the job is. But I'm pretty sure 99% of wing orders are ordered with sauce. 4th time bad service from this place due to staff. Went there 6 years ago with a baby and was told babies are not allowed in the dinning area? Well time to go to "the spot" up the road. The food was alright. My server Jeffrey was good. Had no problem with the service or food. My issue is with the management and other workers. I had accidentally left my jacket here on Thursday, February 8th. I come in Saturday the 10th and inquired about my jacket. Apparently, the manager went to the office to see if it was there and it wasn’t. I was the only one at the bar 45 minutes to closing. They could’ve looked at the camera to see if another customer or another employee had taken the jacket but they didn’t. This establishment encourages theft and has no issue with it at all. Worst experience I have ever had! The servers were great, but unfortunately, there was a manager, Jody, that sat my table, and was extremely unprofessional by the way she was speaking to all the servers, and I will never come back to this establishment. And the food was absolutely disgusting. The chicken was undercooked but our server was great. I feel bad for everybody that has to work under the manager. We mostly order online to make dinner easy after a long day, but will occasionally eat inside. Experience inside is the same as most have already commented - service is non-existent. It takes FOREVER to get your food, drinks, and a server. When you do finally receive your food, there's never a follow up from the server and if they do come back, it's long after you're finished. So, you can't ask for any extras or even a refill on your drinks. We've never seen it packed when we've been there, so can't understand the lack of service. Ordering out is ALWAYS a problem. There's not been one time yet that I've received the right food when ordering out. Initially, when I picked up from the Toms River location, I didn't think to check the bag before leaving and had to return every single time to pick up something they forgot to give us; usually one of the meals. Now, I make it habit to check before leaving and always find something missing, whether it be fries or a meal. Then, I have to wait a minimum of 10 minutes for it to be corrected. I don't understand what the issue is; why is there not someone checking these orders to make sure they're correct prior to giving them to the customer?? Regarding the lack of sauce/seasoning: it does seem to be lessened with each order, even when we order extra. I understand that costs of everything have risen, but if the customer is paying for it (and yes, we certainly are), then, why is it being cut back? We do enjoy B-Dubs, but this location does not make our dinner choice after a long day enjoyable at all. To avoid further stress, we'll take the advice of others and drive a little further to the Brick location to get the service and food we're paying a lot for. I mean, do you guys just decided to put seasoning on one side of the wings The wings are never coated. Always dryyyyy or partially have sauce on them. My video shows all that. Fries? Hard and cold ( don't get me started) The wings should be FULLY coated. Especially knowing how much I spent on this food. Worked all day to get these dry a$$ wings

From the food, the sever Vin, and trying new items everything was excellent. What really stood out was the manager Jody that handled a situation for us in such a warm, friendly manner! 5 star service is why we frequently dine at this Buffalo Wild Wings in Tom’s River! The All America 🇺🇸 with thick cut bacon that was not thick at all. Nonetheless the burger was flavorful and cooked to perfection. Fries were good too.
