Absolute worst wait staff I’ve ever had the displeasure to endure. Took us 29 minutes for the “waitress” to come back to our table only to tell us they were out of all beer sub $5 lol. This place is an absolute joke. Completely mismanaged and full of a bunch of entitled lazy people who would not as much care if I were doubled over choking on my food — oh wait. I never got my food, that’s right… Hands down absolute worst Buffalo Wild Wings I’ve ever been to. Even after speaking to the bar manager, after not receiving a SINGLE BEER for over 30 minutes - the consensus was that the wait staff (including manager) are indifferent to the basic needs of their customers. Truly the worst location ever and I do not plan on returning. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The Hostess greeted me with a great attitude and smile, sitting me centralized in the middle at a booth facing multiple Tv screens which was perfect! I ordered a Pineapple Monito which was absolutely amazing! Mercedes is the bartender…she’s skilled with the glasses! My drink was very refreshing, just perfectly mixed as you can taste the cane sugar, lime, mint leaves and Starry. Who cares about 210 calories tasting this good!😊 I also had wings with Asian sweet & spicey sauce, I’m sold and can’t wait to try other combinations. This location has over 40+ screens to meet your sporting pleasures of the ultimate fan from Basketball, Football, Nascar, and Baseball…you cannot go wrong as a Sports Fanatic. Tremara was my waitress and she was phenomenal with a pleasant demeanor, 100% customer friendly, polite and patient. I couldn’t ask for a perfect human being. She goes by “T”, trust me…ask for her. Ultimately I had a great experience between the music, atmosphere, service & no not to mention this location is literally across from Tanger Outlets👌🏿🙌🏿🏆. So you can shop till you drop and then treat yourself as you deserve to some good food. Went in the have some drinks and watch the game. Our waitress was awesome (Bree) food was great as were the drinks! Kids had desert which looked amazing!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

$240 spent here and I'm not impressed. My family and I ate here for my daughter's birthday, she likes the wings. The server was nice but not attentive, the restaurant looked understaffed so I'm guessing that is why. The wings were okay, the rest was not great. My daughter did not get her food until about 30 minutes after the rest of us did, we were asking for boxes when she finally got her food. We won't be back, there are plenty of other places to spend that amount of money with much better food and service. Ordered food at 6:45 for 7:20 pickup.. got there wait and waited and waited finally @ 7:55 my food was ready!! Ridiculous had the female working acknowledged me or gave me some sort of explanation why twenty wings took over an hour this review would have went different.. when I asked about the food after twenty minutes past the time it was supposed to be ready her reply was it’s probably ready but she’s new and trying to figure things out.. why would yall put that poor girl by herself on such a busy night without a trainer or some type of help?? Friday morning, I decided to skip breakfast because I know my unit was going to let us leave early and we ended up at BWW. It was five of us and we were in uniform. The personnel were so friendly and we cracked jokes here and there even questioned my military affiliation 😂 and the place got packed instantly. The wings and burgers were delicious and we had a great time. Nevertheless, we were treated more than kindly and it gets better. We were interacting with one gentleman and once we finished eating, we asked for our tab and the server told us it was taken care of. I knew automatically who it was but he left before us so we couldn’t thank him for the kind gesture. So, here I am. Thank you sir! Service Dine in Meal type Brunch

Buffalo Wild Wings On Friday December 8, 2024 when patronizing your establishment, I was met in my opinion with a lack of customer service. I’ve never experienced a lack of customer service at this level. A guest and I entered your establishment at approximately 9:45 PM. We were sat at a table and was told someone would be with us shortly. After approximately 20 minutes, had yet to be acknowledged or approached by any wait staff. Finally a young lady (Erica) came over to our table, explained this was not her area, however noticed that the staff assigned to the section where we were sitting had not approached us, so she decided to wait on us. She did take our order. As we were waiting for our order, my guest and I witnessed several staff members engaging in picture taking and twerking. I’m not sure whether they were on break or not, however it was quite alarming to see this behavior unfold in a restaurant. My guest’s order arrived to the table , however the order I placed had not arrived to the table. An hour later I had not received my order. I asked to speak with a manager. After several more minutes of waiting, an individual named “Corey “ appeared and explained he was the manager for the kitchen and that “Antoine “ front of the house manager “ had left for the evening. I went on to explain to Corey the situation and I felt he disregarded my feelings, concerns and the service or lack of that was provided . He did not provide many answers as to why my guest and I was treated with such neglect or the fact that my guest’s order was filled and received and after more than an hour later, I finally received my order with no explanation. I have worked in Customer Service for over 26 years. I am well aware of excellent customer service which I did not receive that night. My guest and I were highly disappointed in the customer service we received and the lack of empathy displayed by Corey, the “manager “. Some parting words of advice, make sure to higher competent staff who care about customers as well as the image they portray. They should also be aware of the integrity of the customer service policies you may have in place and also hire managers who are willing to complete the job and provide the best customer service they can and to also have empathy for customers concerns and to at least pretend that they care. I hope this concern is met with concerned and empathetic ears for great customer service. I hope you will respond. Visited 15Sep for TNF. Started off rough. The hostess Gina was rude and crude. She seated me and just slammed the menu on the table and left. Thank goodness Allison my server saved the night. She was great. I had the original traditional wings and chip and dips. Both very good. I had Dr. Pepper to drink. Recommend for watching football games. Lots of TVs. Great atmosphere. I stopped in here after work at 1045pm last night on the 17th of February. They closed at midnight. There was a girl sitting by the hostess booth not in any sort of work clothes. After standing there for 10+ minutes, I asked if she was waiting too, she said no. Then out of the blue she asked me if I wanted to sit at the bar because there was at least a 20 minute wait for a table. There was no one waiting and around 20 open tables. I was in my security uniform so I told her it wasn’t a good look. I pointed out to her that there were a bunch of open tables then left. Completely terrible service that I stood there for 10+ minutes while she sat there on her phone not saying a word. It’s not a good look when the service is bad before you even sit down. I will not be going back. Service: 1

Finally found a BW3 close enough to get my fix. It’s been a year or so since I’ve had some. This location had good service and food. Overall being a Friday and getting such good food I’ll give it 5***** Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Recommended dishes Mozzarella Sticks
