Your typical Burger King experience. Young people with terrible service. No greeting or smile or anything and had to repeat the order a few times, they still got it wrong and even the manager had trouble fixing it. A queue of people waiting for ages. All complaining vocally about the long wait. Floors were filthy. Toilets smelt horrendous and no soap in dispensers. Food was ok. BK needs to focus on training their staff better and getting more people on the floor. It wasn't even that busy and they seemed to be overwhelmed. This has got to be the worst bk franchise I've visited and after years of shoddy orders I've decided to leave a public review. One thing I will give them is consistency, consistently being a poor quality way to throw money away. Chips often cold and under salted or not salted at all no matter what time of day Burgers missing ingredients 7/10 times Wilted lettuce Prices are high for what you're paying for .. Curly Fries mostly overcooked. They gave me a docket with a number. Never called my number. She said " Curly Fries" so I took the bag and waited for the burger to come , assuming that it was ONLY the fries. After about 5minutes the other server asked was I waiting for something else. When I said " the burger" she informed me it was all in the bag. It is POINTLESS giving us a number if you don't use it and then only mention ONE of the items ordered. Curly Fries although expensive were VERY unappetizing. Had to throw half away. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Really good food but the drinks once they tasted dusty sounds weird but they did and this time they needed to change the syrup to water ratio as it’s just like drinking sparkling water with the slightest taste of raspberry. Things have definitely improved from my last 1 star review. On the past three drive thru occasions the food has been cooked quickly, staff are almost friendly and there is plenty of napkins in the bag.

Great service, a boy was learning how to do till work and his mate helped out, didn't take long for the meal to be made. Burgers were nice, just a bit cold. We are not happy customers. We bought burnt double Whopper burgers which were really disgusting. They are expensive enough without having to deal with that and sometimes unfriendly service at the window. You need people who care about people and give them the service they would like to receive when they are the customer...
