Pretty decent BK. There were lots of ordering kiosks, but half of them didn't work. Good amount of seating. The burger was alright, but the fries were way better than American BK. If you want to eat good burgers, this is not the place. These are the worst burgers of my life, made without soul. What is most interesting is another restaurant in the same city which is located near the Extra supermarket. They make the same burgers, but for some reason everything is great. Two of us have just spent the equivalent of £27 on a long chicken sandwich which was luke warm, not hot. A steakhouse burger that was also luke warm. Two medium fries, also luke warm but had been cooked until they were dry and not very nice at all. We wanted meals but had to change the order without drinks because they couldnt serve hot drinks due to a broken machine. Maybe Burger King should invest in another machine just in case the other one breaks down, especially in Tromso where it's very cold outside. So, in the end we were served no hot drinks and no hot food and the bill was twice as much as we would expect to pay. Next time I suggest people go and eat in a proper food restaurant. For an extra 100 Kr you could enjoy a lovely setting, hot food, hot drinks and an atmosphere to relax more in. We won't be coming back any time soon. Sorry. Very poor indeed. Worst Burger King in the world. Every table are dirty. My burger was not even good, and I don't know how is it possible that in france it's 100x much better. They try to cheat us with an order, they don't want to give us part of the order, when I ask for the rest they start to talk to each other in Nordic and make a fool, and when I try to make a complaint, they don't give me nothing to do it. The Tromsø Burger King brought us happiness with its simple pleasures – burgers, fries, and a chilled Coke. While it may not offer fine dining or anything extraordinary, enjoying a classic American Whopper was a comforting experience. Food is good, prices are reasonable for norwegian standards and the store was clean. The service is a bit slow but its worth it. I really like BK so i am a bit biased 😋
