Many visitors come to order good chicken sandwiches. Guests don't like lemonade at this fast food. According to the reviewers' opinions, employees can be unprofessional. Fine service is a strong point that plays a great role for the success of Burger King. The homey atmosphere gladdens people and attracts more clients. But google users rated this place and it didn't receive a high rating.

Now every time I used to go I'd order from the app and drive threw pick up. Food was Always exactly as I ordered it and always hot. So no complaints on food. But the people at the window are not the most helpful or friendliest drive thru worker's out there. So if they still open I go inside to pick up my order. And the store is always clean and well kept. Now the online order app isn't good at all. I've had crown points just disappear and then when I emailed customer service, sometimes they would respond or they would add some crown points to my account. Well, I had a fairly severe allergic reaction last night, and I was attempting to call the store so I can see if they have changed some ingredients. Doing my due diligence to never have to go thru what I did last night. No answer, I got an automated recording and hung up, as it did not pertain to my needs. Tried calling back and it appears the receiver was off the hook. Great customer service there. Since I cannot find out any changes to your preparation menus I shall no longer be able to dine at your establishment. Don't bother reaching out. Idgaf. My husband went and ordered the food and we got a chicken sandwich and you could tell the chicken sandwich was from a few days ago. It was completely dry and super hard. I tried calling the store but nobody answered. Go figure. This location used to be really good. They now suck. As a Missionary I pick up meals on special with daily coupons discounts for this food is for the homeless in our neighborhood which I have the honor of feeding when I go to particular places where they reside outdoors. Would give 0 stars if possible because the service is always horrible. My order is never correct. I always ask for extras which I pay for and they never end up in my sandwich. I ask for things not be added to my sandwich and they always throw them in anyways. The last straw was tonight I opened my cup to throw out the ice and there was a gnat in my cup (picture attached!) disgusting!!

Food is good but customer service could be way better.They gave us just 4 tiny packets of ketchup for 4 medium sized fries. When we had asked if they put ketchup in the bag, the guy at the window just pointed to the bag and didn't say anything. I Just left this location, I’d say about 7 cars were waiting in line to order. we were all waiting about 10 minutes, this location gave no explanation wasted all 7 cars time and shut off all the lights while the cars were waiting in drive thru. It Still was not closing time yet, so If something went on it’d be really professional to at least let us know instead of having us wait and shutting off all the lights like it’s closing time. Very unprofessional and rude. Do better Burger King

This burger king use to be one the really bad burger kings for me but todays experience was a bit better and their food was pretty good. Fresh fries, fresh chicken sandwich coming out of the fryer. The cashier had an issue with the coupon but the manager she didnt make a big deal about it and honored the coupon without any fretting or complaining about it. Thats what true customer is all about. Make them loyal burger king fanatics keep them coming. We Kings don't really go for the clowns food. Please burger King keep it fresh and hot and fresh.
