Lunch with my princess after school! The staff was super kind and quick with our order. Very fresh fries, which is very appreciated these days. Used the restroom, and they were top-notch clean! Cleanliness is a big deal, and the whole restaurant looked great! Overall a great experience! Waited a minute to order, it was ok I thought they must be busy inside. I was the only person in the drive thru. Finally ordered my food. Waited a long time so I was like ok, it'll at least be fresh. The burgers were decent. Fries were disgusting. I know these mustve been sitting for hours. Soggy, and half pieces. Way too much salt. I threw the fries out. usually only 2 people working, which leads to customers waiting 10+ minutes to place an order. its a hit or miss on getting your stuff fresh. my last visit was definitely a miss unfortunately. i was dissatisfied when i tried the ghost pepper chicken fries and they were super hard and dry almost as if they were over cooked and sat in the warmer to be served hours later. My favorite for fast food Burgers. Most flavor of burger joints. Like any fast food places, staff needs to be better at making orders correctly. Ordered burger minus cheese, came with cheese. Whoever opened your store today was extremely rude, disrespectful and behaved like I was inconveniencing her. I asked her what time they opened and that her speaker wasn’t working she rudely let me me know it was working and shut the window in my face. It’s not rocket science to work fast food truthfully. The idiot manager at this location would rather throw my food away and refund me than hand it to me through the drive through window.
