Great lemonade is among the most popular drinks at this fast food. Visitors don't highly appreciate chicken tenders and biscuits at Burger King. UPDATE: went inside at 8:35 am for a refund she said she can’t do refunds because there is no manager to authorize it but they come in at 9am. But you can’t open a till without a manager. We opened the sandwiches in front of her to show they were not doubles yet she insisted the single sausage patty was the “double.” She tried to convince my husband to not get a refund but we said we needed one due to terrible service. She reiterated she can’t give a refund until 9 so I said “then we’ll wait and explain everything to the manager at 9” and she immediately said “i can give you a cash refund instead.” Clearly she knows what she did was wrong and didn’t want to get yelled at for overcharging and order inaccuracy by whatever manager was supposedly not present at the restaurant. Will not be coming back to this location. 8:15 am | I ordered 4 doubles for the 2 for $6 sandwich deal. The woman that was there charged us full price per sandwich instead of the deal and then had the audacity to give us singles for all 4 sandwiches! The total was $46.98 when it should have been $28! I told her at the window about the deal and she said the deal only applies to single sandwiches when they have promotions everywhere for 2 for $6 doubles. I didn’t communicate my order clearly (early morning!), but Talia; the manager added in the hash brown and drink to my two breakfast sandwiches free of charge though I tried to pay the difference. Her store is head and shoulders cleaner than any fast food locations I have visited on my travels! :) Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Usually never have an problems but this one kinda irritated me because I spent almost $10 on a sandwich that they completely made the wrong one all together. 🤬. Didn't notice til I got back to work and opened it up. This doesn't look like the AMERICAN Chicken sandwich. At least your picture looks nothing like what I received. Like how hard is it to listen and follow directions to make a SANDWICH....? Very disappointed I spent that much on a chicken sandwich to receive whatever this is. This crew is horrible. They charged me $46 for something that should’ve been $28. A mix and match is 2 for 6. They charged me the full price. On top of that they were singles when I ordered doubles. They made me wait 30 minutes for a manager to issue a refund because the manager said she didn’t have capabilities to give a refund. Avoid this one at all costs Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

So.. I use a coupon for BISCUITS and they don't have any so instead of telling me that I have to get croissants they just give them to me and I don't like the croissants so then I come back and I'm like these are supposed to be biscuits and she's like you didn't say you want a biscuits and literally stands and argues with me for like 10 minutes and then tells me to take 30 minutes to get a manager or 20 minutes to make biscuits and which would I like to wait for... I mean what happened to the customer always being right? Who stands there and argues with the customer I literally had to pull out my coupon and show her the coupon that said biscuits.. wow. And then she just said it's not her fault the computer must have changed it. But meanwhile they're out of biscuits this whole time anyway.. your computer conveniently knew that you ran out of biscuits and changed all the biscuits to croissants.

If you go inside, they are great! Drive thru is awful! It was a different 'crew.' l did not get what l ordered. They 'made up or created' their own menu item of burger. It was weird & barely warm.The mozz cheese sticks ended my craving & created a disgust to last a long, long time. They were horribly over cooked & had obviously sat as they were not even slightly warm. In a drive thru, you need your order to be more accurate & fresh than any other time! Shame on you BK! Ordered the chicken firies and they we're delicious. Plus they have a built in spot for your dip. To expensive but everything is these days.

I waited to order about 3 minutes calling on somebody finally they respond and tell me to hold on I waited about 5 minutes I decided to leave and drive around and see that there's absolutely no cars in front of me or anything when he comes to the window this large guy with long hair I told him absolutely ridiculous there's no line and you guys are just standing there laughing while I'm waiting I just might call corporate because that is unacceptable and they want a raise not Service: 1
