Many people point out that you can eat nicely cooked cheeseburgers here. According to some reviews, biscuits is good at this fast food. Food delivery is a big benefit of Burger King. Most guests mention that the staff is creative. This place is characterized by the homey atmosphere. But this spot hasn't achieved a high rating from Google users.

I got 3 plain burgers. However, one of the bottom buns came with a bite mark taken out of it. I used to frequent this location, a mistake I'll never make again. Anyone who reads this should be aware that this establishment is likely not safe to eat at and should STRONGLY consider alternative options. We love Burger King, but I don't see how I can say they can be trusted when such disgusting actions are taken by the workers of this establishment. To be honest, it shakes my trust in Burger King as a whole. What's most sad is that I got these for my 55 year old mom and she is the one who was subjected to whatever these workers did to the food. Not happy and honestly will never go again after going twice a week in the past. Service Take out Meal type Lunch

Took my grand kids to Burger King on Greenway in Surprise and ordered 2 kids meals. They had 1 cookie and offered us extra fries. I said, "I can't give one of them a cookie do you have anything else sweet." No, "I have extra fries" was her response. They choose Burger King because of the cookies. Would have been a good idea to make sure they have been ordered or replace with something kids would like. My family is visiting from out of state, so we aren't here often. But the people working this morning were very nice and patient with our big order (~20 sandwiches). Whoever was in charge of making the french fries today is going to give a lot of people food poisoning. I ate one without looking and it tasted stale, bad, greasy, oily and now i’m starting to feel nauseous. I can say for sure that these are the worst french fries I have ever had from a Burger King however it’s not the worst Burger King I’ve been to. I would highly recommend doing some retraining for the employees on how to properly cook and handle food that they are serving to their customers. Service Take out Price per person $20–30

In the last two weeks I’ve been to both the BK on Cactus & Bullard, and this location (both owned by the same company). Both times we couldn’t get what we wanted because they were out of the tortillas. Both times they screwed up what we ordered instead. We asked for a plain cheeseburger, and instead it had all toppings, we asked for no onions in the whopper, it had onions. The spicy chicken sandwich was hard and dry. The fries tasted like they were sitting for a while. I am getting ready to head out to go get my family dinner from somewhere else. I think we are done going to any more BK’s owned by this company. It’s almost never a good experience. Oh! And I had to leave this review here instead because both times we were not given a receipt with the link to the internal survey. Pulled in and noticed 1 car in the parking lot, not a single car in the drive so I thought they might be closed but the order menu was lit up so I ordered, Whopper meal, there was more ketchup on the bottom of the bun than inside the bun, it was soggy and gross, no lettuce either. Fries were hot. You know you are getting junk when you get handed your bag right after they hand you back your card, guaranteed to not be fresh. I'm not sure how this location stays open, it's dead every time I drive by. Sadly the once mighty Burger King is now the court jester of burger joints. They can never seem to get the order correct. They are also very slow... Awful, awful, awful, awful. I will be calling cooperate tomorrow. Terri could not get my order correct to save her life then told me she could not fix it. Took my money, got on her cell phone and did not return. I had to ask twice to get my change. After being guaranteed the order was correct, I got home and it was STILL not correct The mozzarella sticks were so hard that I had to pull the sides off. The pictures are supposed to be mozzarella sticks. Terry did speak to the cooks badly about how I was "crying over fries" along with some names that she called me. Shameful...

Usually don’t have a problem with them but I got two orders of fries, and they were barely edible usually because of overcrowding the fry cage. Hope to give a follow up review after a couple weeks and a couple more fries. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Came in hungry to order a big large order with a coupon, tried to explain it to the guy at the drive thru window instead of showing me how to use the app coupon he raised his hands to not help and lost a customer run a restaurant my self and would of went out of my way to help figure this out.
