Rude as hell. Stood at the counter someone told them I was at the counter. Heard her say well they didn’t say anything. Then she got to the counter rolled her eyes didn’t say anything. So I stood there then she finally says what do you want. Will never come here again. I walked out not gonna spend my money here. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Food: 1 Service: 1

If you go through drive-thru and they tell you to come inside, make sure to talk to the next available manager if no one addresses or acknowledges you immediately when you come in. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

Was charged for Bbq sauce, was not given it, ordered a hershey pie wasnt given a fork to eat it. Was thru the drive thru and didnt know till i got to my motel room. Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

I'm not sure why sometimes people appear to upset when they have to adjust the price of iteams or services. This company has done a great thing, I think at less, by offering discounts on food. This comes in many forms like reward programs or value menus and gift cards/codes. But on a regular basis when I try to stretch the limited funds i have cashiers and employees acting aggravated and mad that I'm trying to eat, as if its coming out there pocket or I'm taking from them. They get paid by the hour regardless of what I spend or don't spend. It's very degrading and I feel like I don't need to eat here and more often than not my order is not correct. Never had a problem before today. Went through drive through, got home and both whoppers are burnt! I get it they are flame broiled, but these are burnt!!!! Staff has always been nice so no problem there! But no excuse for a burnt burger!

So I just went through the drive-thru, and asked for a whopper. I told them that I cannot have seeds on a bun. They said they could put it on two bottom buns. I said no the last time you did that there were seeds on the bottom part of the bun as well. Can you just give me the bun that you put the chicken sandwich on. And she said no, she won't let us do that. Why not? Why would you waste two bun tops to make a sandwich that has two bottoms on it rather than saving a bun and just giving me the one without seats? Absolutely ridiculous

If I could give them less than 1 star, I would. I had probably the worst experience I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant here. I ordered two biscuits, hashbrowns and two drinks thru Uber eats. They apparently didn’t have my order and treated my roommate as if she was delusional. They also apparently messed up 3 other orders before mine. I was chatting with the other people who’s orders they messed up while waiting for over 25 minutes for mine. I wouldn’t ever recommend eating here. This experience was just sad. Stood at the counter and waited a good while. Looked like a Coke was spilt at the counter and nobody cleaned it up. You had to walk through it to get seated. They were not very busy. Oh ts all good besides that for at least the past year that I know of, they don't ever have any ketchup packets 😞 n the drive thru...why?? Who knows around my way where I was brought up ketchup is basically mandatory. I guess that just means everywhere except " The Hospitality State ".....just sayin.
