Best Burger King I’ve dined in. The manager is extremely friendly and professional. We’ve placed numerous complicated orders both through the app and in-person and they have been executed flawlessly. The shake machine is always operational as well (something that cannot be said for other locations we’ve been to). Food was cold and the guy at the window with glasses was a complete jerk. I asked for 2 sweat sour cause I had no mayo on my sandwich. He said No just one. Don't go to this location. There horrible. This burger king used to be good but recently when my family and I went there we ordered an impossible burger and wanted to add a slice of cheese with it but instead they refuse to add one and added two but then charged us 70 cents. When we ordered soda it tasted like sparkling water but with no flavor literally just tasted like water. And after they charged us $0.70 for two slices of cheese they only ended up giving us one slice of cheese and still charging us. One of the managers I’m presuming when THE STORE messed up the order was rushing me saying ”speak English, talk fast and talk Quick” first of all I will talk however fast or slow I feel like, Your worker or you personally messed up the order I don’t know who didn’t put my food in the bag that I could give an 1/8th about but what matters to me is a worker and I presume they’re a manager was rude I get it if you’re having a bad day or something but don’t take it out on the customer, usually there’s never an issue when coming here but recently things have changed, usually the guy working here has a fun and joyous attitude Jeremy I believe is his name is amazing and I’ve had a few mix up with him but he handled it MUCH differently than this guy did, and just for icing on the cake I asked for Sweet and sour Sauce and never got it but that’s not that big a deal MY FOOD that I paid for was, Before you leave the window check and make sure you have everything before leaving. I've been visiting this Burger King for years. Today I encountered a really rude employee. The employee in red circle in picture below. I ordered my food online. Order number is 34. When I got to the restaurant, my food is already sitting on the pick up counter. I was standing there, with receipt displaying on my cellphone, waiting for someone to simply hand my food to me. And then this employee walked over, get order 36 ready, and called 36, and he's standing there, waiting for 36 to pick it up. At this point, I politely said to him, number 34 please, showing him the receit on my cellphone. He pretend he didn't heard me, then called 36 again. I didn't say anything anymore. After 36 was picked up. He picked up my food. Called 34, and pushed my food 4 ft to my right, although I was standing right in front of him. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10

Whoever is running the show at Burger King right now, must be having a bad day. We asked to use a code from the app, and someone came over to the window yelling at us saying we’re not allowed to use the code after already submitting the order. We’ve never had a problem doing it this way, so we asked if he could just enter it in now, and he said no. We said fine then we won’t get the food, and started to leave. He was like “no you can’t go, you need to pay” and we said “we’re not getting the food though” “you still need to pay…whatever just go” Never again.

The woman who manned the drive thru today (06/15/23) around noon is excellent. She’s friendly, cheerful, and efficient. And she’s consistently excellent- this is not my first time interacting with her. She deserves tons of praise and accolades. She is a wonderful asset to the restaurant.
