A lot of visitors say that waiters serve tasty double cheeseburgers, bacon and chicken here. Many guests think that you can try good coffee at this fast food. Burger King is famous for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. The nice atmosphere gladdens people and attracts more clients. But this place is not highly appreciated by Google users who provided it a below average rating.

Went in today & had a great experience in person. Fresh hot fries burger made perfectly to order & even better the MOD was friendly & supportive of her crew. Constantly knowing where to go how to help & maintaining a positive environment. 5 stars I’ll come back to this BK for sure. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Brought back an order because it was clearly old...they took the rest of the batch, microwaved it and served it to me. I'm able to scratch the plastic dash of my car with this little overcooked chicken shiv. I eat here 3-6 times a week this is sad and clearly a health issue. Aug 27th 2023 update = Not going to be too wordy as the previous portion of this review did a pretty solid job depicting what to expect from this location. Had an issue with an order last night in which the acting manager at that time seemed to feel was worth compensation for after showing him pictures of what I was served. Went in to grab a juice and some french toast sticks...my Sunday thing when I work, I asked if I could redeem my $16 credit and I was asked about the bad food by the manager that was on duty at the time of the incident. I asked what a normal portion of chicken for your wrap was. Her description of an appropriate amount was a halved fillet. Ok well I didn't get that...on any of my wrap of which there were three. I'm attaching a photo. They didn't forget tomatoes I excluded them. I walked out and don't plan to return despite this location having some amazing people on staff. Also next time if you don't want to make a shake I can just come back there and do it myself :) would love to hear from the franchisee in regard to this. Was sick for a few days, just wanted a Whopper when I was finally feeling better. Had an issue with the app where my Whopper got removed from the order somehow. I've been to this location's drive-thru 3 times. The first time, I was told to hold a moment to have my order taken. After 5+ minutes of waiting, they proceeded to take the order of 2 cars in the other drive-thru lane that had both arrived after me. I left. The second time was mediocre. The fries were old and lukewarm. The third time, I ordered a whopper with cheese and no tomato or onion. I got a whopper with no cheese, with tomato. I had went up there for breakfast and when I found out my order was messed up I had already went home it was just a simple fix. I went back up there and they said I had to bring the food back up there which I understand but I’m not about to do a whole bunch of back and forth driving just to lie. While talking to the assistance manager she would cut me off while I’m talking thinking she knowing what I’m about to say but didn’t and then I decide to go get the food and bring it back and she was very passive aggressive as if I don’t know what I’m talking about when I just want my dang breakfast sandwich. No apology for the inconvenience no sincerity or nothing. If you don’t like your job sorry to hear it but that’s not a reason to be like that towards a customer when it’s their mess up. It was giving she was trying to make it seem as if they didn’t mess up when everybody makes mistakes and I understand that but it’s all about how you recover from it and the recovery was very poor 👎🏾 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Stopped for a quick dinner. Took 5 minutes to get someone to acknowledge us to take our order, then proceeded to tell me they were out of the ghost pepper whopper, which was the only reason we stopped here for dinner. This is the most disgusting and pathetic burger king I have ever been too!! I will never in my life return here. The double cheeseburger with no ketchup I ordered tonight was burnt, stale, one pickle, barley any mustard and the cheese was not melted, oh BTW the meat was the size of a dime!! Gross. Shut this place down immediately!!! I've given this place a few chances and last time I went the chicken fries where as cold as ice, disgusting health violations!!! Terrible Terrible Terrible Terrible Terrible Terrible Terrible Terrible Terrible Terrible Terrible Terrible, oh did I mention Terrible!! If you like food poisoning and the most pathetic excuse for food than this is the place for you, just absolutely awful!!!!!! I will be contacting the health department on this place as well. My chicken fries were hard and cold.. my fries were cold and unsalted.. my husband said no tomato and all his items had tomatoes on them... We watched the cook take his time making the food than another cook had to jump in on the second side to help him make food and it wasn't even busy.. maybe 4 orders....

The manager that was on duty could not have been any nicer. The cashier who let me know that this was her first job, was very nice and thorough while taking my order and all with a nice smile too! 🙂 We had never been to this location before but would not hesitate to visit them again in the future. Shameful that you have to wait a half hour for a chicken sandwich to go the staff behind the counter walks around very confused. I do not recommend this Burger King location on Rochester Road in Avon in Rochester Hills, Michigan and less you have a lot of time to waste.
