I ordered the candied bacon whopper combo, but was told that one of the ingredients was out of stock. I was offered an alternative that was not really equivalent, so I said never mind and make it a regular whopper instead. I only realized after the fact that they still charged me for the candied bacon whopper, and the cashier just said that that was what she was told to do. It's not a lot of money, but voiding an order out and fixing it is, or should be a simple thing rather than overcharging someone.

Dirty! The dining room tables, floors were dirty and the soda area is disgusting. No straws and it's always messed up. No matter when I come to this location I'm always shocked. Not doing it anymore. My last visit I went into the bathroom and noticed dried period blood on the toilet, floor and trash can. The staff isn't helpful and they act unprofessional whenever I'm there. Not to mention when the girls hand you your cups they put their fingers inside the cups... the place is just unsavory to say the least... ugh BK CORPORATE WHERE ARE YOU??? Stopped for a quick bite to eat after a long trip on a Sunday afternoon. Figured Burger King would be simple enough. The location overall was quite messy, tables hadn't been wiped in quite some time, and the bathrooms left a lot to be desired. Very surprising, as there were not many customers there. We ordered two Jr Whoppers, with a couple of modifications. We received our order and sat with our party. Upon opening the first whopper, we noticed it was wrong, and brought it back to have it fixed. After a few minutes of waiting at the counter, we had to speak up to get an employees attention, as no one was watching the counter. We received the replacement burger, and sat at our table. Upon opening both the replacement sandwich and second original sandwich from the order we realized it was all wrong. (Now a total of 3 items wrong). The saddest part of this is our modifications were noted and marked on the wrappers, but not reflected IN the burgers. At this point, we decided to just deal with it, as part of our party was still waiting for their meals, and the other part of the party was nearly finished eating. Overall, our experience was less than favorable. I would probably avoid this location, if not for the lack of quality in the food, than definitely for the lack of cleanliness of the overall restaurant. Today this location was a mad house. However, the staff were all in good spirits. Working together while evenly clearing the front & drive through line. They were Very apologetic to each customer for having to wait. But, if anyone couldn't realize this crew was working hard and their full potential and had a problem waiting 5-10minutes. Then they should apply. Again, thumps up to today's crew. Very impressive.

I live about a 7 minute walk from this location and every time I have come in I have had excellent customer service. The atmosphere is lively and exciting, and all the staff greet you with a smile. A few people I know who are regulars get greeted by name, and often they will go out of their way and more to make the service great. Although the service is amazing the food is alright in some places. I could not tell you how it is cooked, as I have an issue with where my eyes wander when I'm bored but some of the food there makes me feel odd after eating it. One case in point is their Spicy Crispy Chicken: I don't know if the one I ate was cooked oddly but the amount of grease from the hot sauce, combined with being (I'd assume) deep-fried just makes my stomach churn. I recently came in for an interview (although did not accept the job offers they had) and the manager was one of the friendliest and most open people I have met. I do not remember their name, but they are about 5'5" with brown hair (assuming they are a few inches taller than me). We had a lovely chat during the interview and even shared at-home details in minimal amounts. They explained to me they use they/them pronouns and I have never felt more welcomed in a fast food restaraunt. 2 of my brothers are Transgender and pronouns have been a struggle with some people here in Maine, but they had no issues with preferred pronouns and as a member of the LGBTQ community it felt like a very safe space to be. Overall this is about a 5 star fast food experience. If you're looking for something juicy without the grease I recommend the Original Chicken, as it is light on the stomach and taste really good. Their chicken fries are also really good, but if you have indigestion issues or can't handle grease stay away from their Spicy Crispy Chicken. Daughter ordered a whopper without onions and without pickles. Receipt marked correctly, wrappers marked with 2 X's and a long line through. She received 2 burgers on a bun! No toppings, no condiments, nothing. She had to bring it back and the emploee said "you didn't want anything on it". My daughter clarified again, she didn't want onions and didn't want pickles. I would leave no stars if I could. When I was waiting for my food another customer came in complaining they were given the wrong food, that should've prompted me to check mine but I took for granted they would get mine right, I was wrong. I ordered an Italian chicken sandwich meal and got home to a double Whopper with mayonnaise 🤢🤮. I called to inform them they should probably pay closer attention to detail and was told "well we make mistakes" I personally will never go back to this location and I wish you a better experience than I had if you choose to go there.
