I always use the drive-thru. On average, I have only encountered two vehicles ahead of me each time I go. I prefer chicken over beef. However, the international sandwich is a bit salty. I have ordered the whopper with cheese - and large fries, of course - the last two times I was there, and they were excellent. Fresh and tasty. Add the always excellent apple pie and chocolate sundae, and you are good to go. Only suggestion to BK: go easy on the sodium. 😀 Service is always excellent.

We visited this location to order some breakfast. The order took almost an hour to get to us. When we finally received the food and coffee, we were not offered a drink tray to carry our hot coffees. My wife had grabbed one of the bags and the coffees. The lid was not placed securely and because the black coffee was so hot the cup lost its form and slipped from the lid and spilled all over my wife burning her hand, stomach and staining her shirt.
The most troubling part was that no one really cared, we had to repeatedly ask for ice napkins and assistance, no Manager came to see if she was OK, or have her fill out an incident report, and they even left the spilled coffee on the floor, which was creating a hazard to the other patrons coming in to order. I have worked in customer service for Most of my life, and this was the worst display of service I have ever seen.

The only thing you should have over choices. For example I don't eat burgers. I try your tripleta. Why don't you sell fish sandwiches. That would be great.

There drive threw service is terrible. Im a regular everday customer, went there and when i got home with my order my chicken sandwiches were burned and the tomato was the size of a quarter. Not only my sandwich but my wifes as well. Seems like they let inventory get old. And obvious the staff not paying attention to what they serve.

First time eating at a Burger King in PuertoRico n even though "Yo Lo Prefiero", I was very disappointed... Fries were cold n the bread was old n hard, I can't believe it. I was thinking about taking my meal back, but didn't want to make a scene.
Hopefully I will try again, I was born in PuertoRico n Burger King was always my favorite, I always gave my best compliments to Burger King while I lived in Texas.

Best Puerto Rican VIP burger king experience into the islands of Puerto Rico and again it's way better than the boring yucky food and again into the really boring city of the Lubbock Texas take out the Texas Panhandle I'd guess i'd would rather spend christmas or another random summer vacation and again into the tropics and again including the best nightlife including the best arts including the entertainment district south of downtown and again including into the bay area including the bay watch
Fries were cold.. and not just like not hot or warm they were actually cold to the touch and stale and had to ask for them to make fresh ones
