I went thru the drive thru today. And the girl was very rude. I said my order and she said she couldn't hear me. I repeated it again and she still couldn't hear me. So I said it really loud, and then she got an attitude and yelled "I HEARD YOU". So when I pulled around to the window she started asking what my order was. So now I'm irritated because if you heard me, why are you asking what I ordered. Very rude and nonchalant. Her attitude was piss poor, and should not be working in customer service. Rarely get the order correct. Never answer the phone and customer support doesn't have anybody to answer complaints. Used points for an item and didn't receive the item in my order. My overall experience was good. The speaker system was very loud in the drive thru which made it difficult to understand the employee taking the order. It actually hurt my ear and gave me a slight headache that fast. I did inform the employee. Hopefully they will do something about it. Decided to give this location another try after a one year ban due to a bad experience. Bad decision. I was craving onion rings and that is all I ordered. The onion rings they gave me were slightly warm not cold but they were extremely chewy and had a bad taste. No telling how long they had been sitting under the warming light but they should never have been served to anyone. That sealed it for me. Never going back there
