The guy who works in the drive thru sucks. First of all he didn't even greet me and that's like the easiest part of his job. Second when I was given my change this damn near 30 year old had the audacity to throw my change in my hand like I was some peasant. Then lastly, he couldn't even say thank you or you're welcome. I won't be coming back and I hope no one else spends their money here. They can't even train their employees well at customer service Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This place really needs supervisor around. I came in with a coupon but come to find out I clipped the wrong coupon. The order taker would not honor what I wanted. All he had to do was mark the correct code on the coupon. But instead I walked out as a disappointed customer. They obviously lack direction at this store Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Stopped at this Burger King on 8/03/23 about 5/30 pm. We ordered from thecounter. Employee was very courteous and polite. We ordered 2 whoppers, fries, and drinks. Food was brought to our table in a very timely manner, very good temperature, and very good quality. This was probably one of the best trips to any Burger King in a very long time. Restaurant was extremely clean anyone in contact with food had gloves on. We will definitely stop next time traveling this way on the interstate. Keep up the good work! Burger King, hire more help!! We were in this afternoon and Sam was busting as* behind the counter taking orders at the counter inside and the drive thru with 1 woman in the back doing her best to keep up. Sam was working with limited resources/ staff (no whopper patties) and she problem solved as she went, all the while apologizing for the wait and was willing to get all the little extra needs that arose without a bad attitude or pissy response. Give Sam props and a RAISE! When no one wants to work and everyone that is working is working short, she was doing her best to do her job and meet the customers need. Burger Kings food has improved noticeably since the last time I had it. The chicken sandwich is way better than McDonald’s. The staff at this location were very helpful and friendly. I misordered something and they fixed it quickly and without making a big deal about it at the window. Good food good service, keep it up Kings! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Second time at the new locating and both time have been bad experiences. I was the only person at the whole restraint as the staff were relaxed and chit chatting and seemed to be fooling around. Waited 10+ min for whopper jr. and fries all of the food was freezing cold fries we old and stale. How it could possibly be that cold without it being put in a fridge I have absolutely no idea. Would highly suggest trying one of the many other fast food in the area Kwiktrip burgers are 10x better and it’s a gas station. Drive thru ordered a Big King for $4.09..I got one patty, went in to correct the guy made it again with one patty ..the girl had him add the second one...checked it at the car 2 patties with what looks like whopper sauce no pickle no onion..I do not think these guys know what to do here.. Nice brand new location but sadly the service and food is just not up to par. It took me like 20+ mins in the drive thru with one car ahead of me for a fry and 4 piece nugget. They are very slow and rarely is anything hot. I'll make the drive to the Windsor Rd. location instead. Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

I ordered two meals for dinner and neither of them were right I asked for no tomato and of course there was tomatoes I am allergic to them and did tell them that ! My other meal I asked for no pickles and what do you know there was pickles 🤦🏽‍♀️ I was so rushed at the ordering screen didn’t even get a chance to order anything extra even one of my drinks was wrong if the employees would just listen to the customer things like this wouldn’t happen ! Very unsatisfied this is the third time I’ve been there in the third time my items have been messed up. I think they need a better management crew there.
