This is my favorite Burger King to go to. Has really good food and to top it off it has an amazing staff that really know how to take care of you. They are always really kind and most of the time I go there because of the service. They are really good with customer service even though customer service work is draining and one of the hardest jobs. So thank you for being amazing! This was a surprise to find all the way iut in the farmlands. Except the service was slow for no other reason than the cashier seemed to ignore us. Then there was management publicly arguing with the employees. But the same level of burger king products were there ans didn't disappoint.

This place is absolutely pathetic. I live close to it, so I'm a victim of returning time and again due to convenience, though I always end up regretting it. 98% of my drive through orders are screwed up. They ALWAYS forget something in your order, ALWAYS. I have a family of five, and once in a while, we are rushed and succumb to fast food, and because this is the only fast food joint in Newport, I end up getting burned every time. This morning I ordered five orders of French toast stick meals. Got all five drinks, and only four of the meals. I also ordered "cinni-minni's" for the kids, which are mini cinnamon buns that are supposed to come with frosting dipping sauces. We didn't get any frostings. A month ago we went there to grab dinner. I ordered a chicken sandwich and wanted to take it back, punch somebody, and ask for my money back. It wasn't even the correct chicken sandwich I ordered, but the sandwich it was, was absolutely pathetic. Pic attached. If you come to this place, keep your expectations as low as possible, ALWAYS double check your order, and try to be patient with the absolute incompetence you will deal with.

I conservatively spent 3k at this restaurant last year. I went to get 2 breakfast sandwiches and an oj, and it was over $11. Now going to a coney island, getting a 3 egg bacon omelet, with home fries and an oj for less. The 2 for $6 deal ended at BK, and so has my future visits there. Today I visited this store. I went through drive thru but being that I was using more than one coupon I had to come in. So I came in using 3 coupons on 1 order. One of the coupons was for 2 original 2 small fries for 6.99, I also had a coupon for mccrispy chicken and small fry for 6.99. I also had a coupon for 9 piece chicken fries and small fry for 3.99. I asked the cashier if I could use the mccrispy chicken coupon for 2 orders of mccrispy and small fries like arby she said no.ok cool I then ask if I could use the app also she yes. So I thought I uploaded the coupon but I didn't ok cool that was on my end. So I just ordered a mccrispy meal and paid full price at 8.69 I asked the lady to repeat the order and she had some corrections to do. Ok cool. I think she had a hard time understanding me because I had some teeth extracted 2 days ago. So she gives me my total which was 41.00 and some change. I didn't make a fuss I paid got my receipt as they were preparing my meal I examed my receipt which at that time me and her thought she just over charged me for justsandwich. And she refunded me 5.21 for a sandwich. Which I still didn't feel like it was rt. But I said oh well. As I'm waiting I overhear the Manager talking in her head set saying now she says order three crispy chicken. Which was not true I knew then there was a miscommunication I tried getting her attention the all while I was waiting on my order. So she turned around to give me my order and she says here's what you order I politely said man I'm not trying to rip you guys off or anything but this not what I wanted and I think we had a miscommunication some where. Yes this lady told me yes this what you ordered. I politely told her I think there may been a miscommunication. She insisted that this was what I ordered and more less take it. So I asked if the cashier was this a Bennet franchise and nobody answered. Then manager yells in my face go ahead and call she's not getting in trouble. The cashier did absolutely nothing wrong to me it was just a miscommunication but that manager was so disrespectful she ruined are meal and my day by this encounter. My sister and I worked for Bennett Corp stores for many years when we were younger and never in a million years no other manager we had would've acted as she did. A manager job is to help the problem not instigated. Idk what this lady was having a bad day or was she racist. Why wouldn't she want to find out was going on in her store is crazy to me. Worst Burger King ever..... No straws, no napkins, wrong sauce, missing chicken fries, the onion rings are so old that they just turn to dust in your mouth. Asked for PLAIN whopper Jr's.....got everything on them. Yup.....they messed up EVERY SINGLE ITEM SOMEHOW. Check your bags people....and taste test the food before you drive away. You've been warned.

The lady that works the morning drive thur is the most amazing lady! She is so cheerful, quick and kind! I don’t know her name but she has been working there for awhile now. She should be recognized for her wonderful job! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
