What a dump! Went inside to place a large order for my coworkers and got the worst service ever. After approaching the counter, the first server who saw me didn't say a word and just turned around to face the opposite direction. Another server walked passed, looked at me and not even a "Hi, have your been helped?" At first, I figured they were just busy and I didn't mind being patient. After waiting a few minutes, a group of four walked in, up to the counter and the same server who had just looked at me a minute earlier immediately offered to take their order. I said, "Hey, what about me?" This entitled piece of garbage then started to lecture me about how orders are taken, said I was standing in the wrong spot to take an order and told me I had to calm down. Seriously?! My guys were hungry and I didn't want to drive to another fast food place, so I gave him my order and held my anger back. To add insult to injury, these burgers had to be the worst I've ever eaten from a BK. They appeared to be under cooked and tasted funky. After a few bites, I tossed my burger in the garbage. From now on, I'll never set foot in any BK. Instead I'll gladly purchase burgers from "Carl's Jr." for the guys at my company. If I could give a zero I would. This is the worst BK I’ve ever been to. Plan on waiting an hour on the drive through NO MATTER IF THERES NO CARS OR 5 CARS. If you’re going inside plan on nearly double. If that’s not good enough, enjoy getting food poisoning 50% of the time. Oh!!!! My husband just went through the driveway and it was a nightmare. The "lead" was more concerned with correcting a customer in proper usage of preferred pronouns, rather than getting our order correct. My husband had to have them remake our order twice. Worst fast food experience I have ever had, and I'm 55 years old. I tried to order one of your whopper meals through the drive thru. I made the mistake of calling it a value meal. The employee proceeded to talk to me like I am a complete idiot. Corrected me that's its just a meal. So I guess that means your meals are of no value? I said I wanted it large sized with a coke. He clearly wasn't listening at all. He then asked me what I wanted to drink. I told him a large coke. I looked at the screen and it said small fries. I said I wanted large fries. So he says in an extremely rude tone"so you want a large meal" . I then said that's what I said. I canceled my order and left. I have been trying to call to speak to a manager for an hour now but apparently your people don't answer the phone. I will Never return to your restaurant. And I am going to tell everyone I know how you treat your customers. Unbelievable. I can't express just how disappointed I am. I eat at your restaurant at least 5 times a week. Never again. Just close this location already. Worst Burger King in the state. I have NEVER had an accurate order from here. I stopped going there for over a year and decided that I’d give them another chance tonight. Not only was there a lady in the parking lot going up to cars in the drive thru asking for money, but once again they messed up my order. I only ordered 2 meals which came with 2 items each, they got half of it correct but completely gave me the wrong item for the 2nd meal. This place NEEDS either better management or to just close down completely. Worst fast food experience ever, every time. Worst experience I’ve had in a long time. No bacon on my bbq bacon whopper or my bacon cheese burger. I was charged for it. Ordered on mobile app to p/u at 2:40…got our (incorrect) food at 2:58. Onion rings soggy & incorrect condiments on wife’s impossible burger. Employees lethargic & seemed like they had no clue as to what they’re doing. I will NEVER eat at this BK location again. If I could give a negative review I would. First I ordered a whopper and they were out of whopper Pattie’s. Then I ordered a chicken sandwich and they gave me a original chicken sandwich on a whopper Jr bun. Then I ordered Dr Pepper and they were out of Dr Pepper. If I knew the chicken sandwich was not going to be the right bun I would not have ordered it. Then I tried to call the facility and they let the phone ring without answering and then hung up twice. I did not get a receipt so I cannot do the review so here I am. Maybe I will get a message back from a manager! And my chicken sandwich was ice cold! When and if they get my order right it's not bad. The problem is that 8 out of 10 they get it wrong and that is giving them the benefit of the doubt. I do not give them my business anymore which is a bummer because I live so close . What is wrong with fast food employees these days? This restaurant is managed like garbage. I would blame it on gen z laziness except the guy who took my order looked to be in his 30s. 30-40 minute wait in the drive through. Only 2 cars in front of me. Placed my order via the mobile app. Still messed up my order. Maybe not hiring drug addict tweakers would help significantly. Now I know it’s fast food and I shouldn’t have much expectations but this was absolutely one of the worst experiences and it is the absolute worst drive through fast food spot I’ve ever been too.
