Eating nicely cooked cheeseburgers and good chicken nuggets is what a number of clients advise. According to the guests' opinions, lemonade is good at this fast food. This is my double whopper with cheese been goin to this location for over 20 yrs never hardly given a receipt they ask for one knowing they dont give it out. But really a stack of old crusty jr pattieswith almost nothin on it!!! Stale fries and lil more than half a cup of soda come on!! Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

ThisBurger King is a Drive-Thru. This is a Great place to relax over lunch. It’s clean and cozy. I love the outside view when you’re seated inside. There’s a rest room; wheelchair accessible park and wheelchair accessible entrance for the the differently abled. The workers are courteous and fast.

I am a vegetarian and I work in Nsw Haven, sometimes with odd hours and it's a looong drive home with limited options for a meal with flavor and some protein and a touch of veggies. I know BK is fast food and a massive corporation so I try to not need it, but when I do, this particular spot has some of the absolutely nicest people working the window. Idk who does the hiring but I hope you know you got a talent finding good people. After a long, hectic and sometimes emotionally exhausting day, having someone smile and maybe laugh with me absolutely makes my night. The best was the young person who offered me to add fries or mozzarella sticks to my order and when I said I was watching my sodium intake and as a vegetarian there were only so many choices on the menu, this quick witted and friendly employee asked if I wanted some bottled water 🤣. 100% had me cracking up. Can't even put words to how many times little upbeat interactions with the folk at the drive thru window has reminded me to see the good and be grateful I got a hot dinner that night. I can't say enough good about the people working there. I hope they hear this and know their work isn't just helping me, it's helping my family because I am happier and no longer hangry when I get home and they are helping me feel like we got good community in New Haven. Dec 2022 update. No changes here, same filthy, dirty tables and worn out seating. Now they have rat traps around the building.. oh joy! Saving grace here was the super nice and friendly cashier, Nat (?) Go to the Orange BK! Filthy, run down. Bk should either remodel or shut this dump down. Ripped seats, trash on floor... Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 1

Not only does this Burger King screw up my order EVERY TIME (my record is having to return 4 times on a single order) but they don't honor any of the offers in the app. Total waste of time and money, why can't West Haven just have a McDonalds like everywhere else? Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

My husband purchased 2 fish sandwiches from the Elm street location West Haven and they were over cooked dried burnt left an awful taste in my mouth just nasty I tried calling 📞 🙃 for over an hour linecstayed busy 🙃 Wnd result Never again ....... Adding to my terrible review, went for breakfast to give them another chance and they wouldn't let my husband use a coupon because it was on my phone not his, so stupid its literally the order for us not someone else and it just says provide code at start of order not provide and present! Terrible Management, They manager is very dude, unprofessional, and threw the sauce in my hand when she realized why i was still in the window and did not even ask me what i was missing or to have a good day! New management asap or close the place down. I am a manager and I have been in fast food in the past and this is no way to treat customers, especially those whom are nice.
