Here you will be able to order perfectly cooked breakfast sandwiches and good bacon. According to the guests' opinions, waiters serve great coffee. Clients don't highly appreciate flija at this fast food. Burger King is famous for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. The drive thru is always slow whether you're just grabbing a couple of drinks or a meal order. From the drive through window you can see behind the service line and there was trash on the floor. I seen employees grabbing stuff from shelves (not food items) and then going on to prepare food. I left without picking up my food and demanded a refund. The level of cleanliness is not on pare with their health score. Took 21 minutes from the time on my receipt to get my food. Was hoping it would at least be fresh. Got my hopes up, bc it wasn't fresh. Thought maybe it was just one or two employees that acted like the life was being sucked outta em, but after watching the manager interact with customers, I can see why the employees acted this way. I'll probably never go back to this location after today's experience. I went to the drive-thru and ordered quickly. From there, things went downhill quickly. After waiting 30 minutes I drove off. Yes, you read that correctly - 30 minutes. I counted no less than 5 employees wandering around aimlessly. And not the first one came to the window to offer any explanation of what was happening. I guess they had to grow the wheat, slaughter the pig, and make the sausage fresh... And there was no manager that I saw. I won't be back at this location ever. I wish I could give a zero star rating... Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The service has gone down hill since the management changed. Today they kept me waiting for my drink thirty minutes after they gave me my food. They acted like they couldn't even see me standing right by the counter and only paid any attention when I went back to the register looking like I was going to place another order. Once I finally got their attention I had them give me my drink and remake the food because it had gotten cold in the time I was waiting. I expect the food to take time since I always get the crispy chicken sandwiches and those aren't made until they're ordered, but the drinks? All they have to do is hand me a cup. How does anyone mess that up? The sandwich tasted a little weird too, like they might have gotten some pickle juice or something on it. This definitely used to be the better of the two BKs in town. But lately, quality is taking a plunge. There will routinely be mistakes in my order. Today alone, they made two. In the first place, they didn't put any Buffalo sauce in the bag, despite the fact that I'd ordered it at the drive thru and the receipt even listed it. That was an easy fix. I went in and asked for some Buffalo sauce and got it. I get home, and discover that the Rodeo CHEESE Burger that I had ordered (and which showed up on the receipt as a Rodeo CHEESE Burger) had no cheese on it. Each of these could be forgivable mistakes, except that they KEEP happening. This is not the first time either of these mistakes have happened. Service is terrible, too. There used to be some really positive and upbeat employees here, who spoke pleasantly and politely and made you feel welcome, and made you want to come back. Now, every one is rude, monotone, and generally disinterested. And when I went back for my Buffalo sauce, the feeling I got was that I was being a bother. Nobody smiled. Nobody apologized for not putting it in the bag the first time. I used to work at a Burger King 15-17 years ago. This would have been unacceptable back then.
