Every time we come here we are taken care of with the most care. The staff are very sweet and caring, the food is great. This place is clean, and it’s even enjoyable to sit down to eat at when you have the spare time. The managers here are helpful if something happens to be wrong which it hasn’t happened for us but you can easily tell they would fix a problem if there ever was one. Whoever was the young man working tonight, I just wanted to say thank you for such great customer service and being so professional. I truly appreciate it. I hope they are treating you and paying you right because you deserve it! Thank you for going out of your way and making sure I left happy! You honestly Don't get that service and care anymore.glad to see it still exist, even from BK. Thank you! You went above and beyond to make sure I was happy since something I ordered was unavailable. Truly appreciate it, any other place would simply say sorry and bye. You asked what can I do to replace your order. Thank you for such great service, I don't care if it's from a 5 star restaurant or burger King, you know and care about customer service, which keeps a business going. Thank you! What an absolute waste of my lunch period. Thought I'd stop by and get a quick lunch but guess I was wrong. The work had asked me to wait one sec before ordering. After 10 min of sitting in line with no vehicles in front me I had to leave and get back to work without any food. Huge thanks to the workers in there today, great work ethic and communication skills 👍 Food: 1 Service: 1

Drive thru was dead and the order taker must have misheard me. I wanted a double whopper, only got a single. When I rolled up to window she seemed pretty angry, the vibe was hostile from the getgo. This has been one of the slowest Drive Throughs I've ever seen. I have known it to be slower than others but usually am patient because I have paid lunch breaks and can afford to wait. However, today I was with my girlfriend who has a 30 minute lunch break and we spent 23 of those minutes in the drive through line at this location and I took some notes. During our wait there were 5 cars in front of me It took 15 minutes to get to order with 2 of the cars driving off. leaving them 15 minutes to take 2 other orders before mine in total I saw 4 cars drive off in those 15 minutes. So doing some quick math if you average 15 dollars an order x4 cars driving off every 15 minutes you are losing a potential 240 dollars an hour and if this persists the entire day up to nearly 4800 dollars per day. When I got up to the window I saw 2 employees who could not even keep up with this snails pace of service and a manager who did not seem the least bit interested in helping. This was at 12:09pm - 12:32pm I spent over 10 years in food service on the line and as a manager and was very confused at the level of service this location operates at. Because of the long wait time my girlfriend has said she will never return to this location for fear she will be late returning from lunch causing problems at her own place of employment. It is unfortunate that Burger King as good as the food is cannot keep a high standard for service being reliable enough to get lunch on a 30 minute lunch break. Received incorrect/cold food, called and was told I was put in a "book" and I would get a replacement. I went a few days later, with an attitude I was told my name was not in the "book" he did end up taking my order and did not charge me. I get home and low and behold, my order was wrong AGAIN! Granted I should have checked it but seriously did not think it would happen a second time! Will never go back!
