Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20

The young lady at the drive-thru leaned out of the window to motion for me to stop where I was (not to pull up to the window).I sat there for 2 min. as other cars were pulling up behind me. I decided to pull up anyway to the young lady & manager laughing & socializing. She came to the window, and said, "Yes?" I asked her "why did she motion me not to pull up?", she replied, "Because your food not ready!" as she, literally, turns around, goes to grab my bag with my food already in it and passes it to me! Smh. UNACCEPTABLE!!! *As an AA female business owner, I have expectations when I visit any establishment to spend my hard earned money! I expect good customer service and I learned quickly, in order to receive better customer service, I'd have to bypass Jonesboro/Hampton fast food establishments to get to McDonough! I won't be back! I ask for my order to be cook fresh before I place my order the young lady said yes get the onion rings they was cold pull back and they supposedly cook some more then I get home the fish sandwich is cold not fresh and nuggets cold can y’all help me understand if I want my food cook fresh and willing to wait then what’s the problem with cooking food fresh 🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️🤷🏾‍♀️🤷🏾‍♀️🤷🏾‍♀️☹️☹️☹️👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿 the restaurants are poor with customers all the way around and they all serving old food now talking about saving food cost know u supposed to know when to keep up fresh food without having a food cost issue not served old food to save food cost. The ghetto- door dashing, told not to pull to the window, out of Whoppers! no nuggets, customer substituted chicken fries, employee said couldn’t give sauce out after 9pm. LOL Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
