If you're the delicious coffee fan, you may like this fast food. Guests don't highly appreciate hamburgers and flija at Burger King. This place is famous for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. Most of the time, the spectacular atmosphere is to be found here. But google users haven't given this spot a high rating.

Food was decent. I had an Impossible Whopper and fries. A couple of the fries were clearly old, but the rest of the order was hot and delicious. We did a mobile order with drive thru pick up. We didn't have a huge order, but had to pull forward and park for about 7 or 8 minutes before the food was delivered. The young lady that brought it out was simply lovely.. smiling, friendly, and bubbly... made it worth the wait. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

I went here for breakfast the other day, and I have to say, the group working in the store worked very well together. I was impressed. They were fast and appeared to be a friendly group. My breakfast sandwich was excellent. Thank you. Food: 5 Service: 5

Haven’t been to a BK in forever. Figures I would give it a try and get the “big” fish sandwich (not that big” cheesy tots (just ok) and onion rings (pretty bad.) They were running way behind- not that many customers inside the store - and not at lunch or dinner time. One of the employees made a mistake and the manager threw a fit that everyone in the restaurant could hear and sent them home. Which made things go even slower. At least 15 minutes from the time I was rung up until I got food. I probably won’t go back to a BK any time soon. Went through the drive thru. Not very busy but service was slow. I ordered a mushroom and Swiss melt. Lady asked me three times if my order was mushroom melt and three times I said yes. Got to window paid for my meal. Lady handed me a sack and said mushroom melt I said thank you and pulled away and drove home. Opened the bag and found double bacon and cheese and small cheese burger and two fries. Not my order at all. To far to drive to return. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Waited in the drive though for over 5 minutes, no one said anything over the intercom. Went inside, they still weren't taking orders. Excuse given was that they need to pause at times and the lady SHOULD have told me...obviously she didn't. Avoid if you're in a hurry. Fast food is not even fast ordering here. Service: 1

Good luck getting food. Here are some of the things I've been told at this Burger King "we're out of beef, all we have is chicken" "we're closed because we don't have enough staff" "it's a 20 minute wait because we're on break" "oh we hate these coupons (the ones you get in the mail) you should keep it & use it at the Troy location" & I've heard the "we're out of beef" statement MULTIPLE times. At this point save yourself the time & just drive to the Southside Burger King. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Been waiting for 30min for a simple 2 item order behind another person who hasn't gotten their order yet. Which it looked like they had 3 small items. Their is no reason why a small order should be taking so long. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Never again will I go to the burger king off of eagle ridge. Staff are lousy the restaurant is dirty, flies all over the place. During lunch rush the staff bailed so only two cooks a window person and the manager ran the store. About 10 minute wait for someone to start taking orders. 15 more minutes before I ordered. then waited 10 minutes to receive my food. Glad I wasn't on a lunch break.
