Best damm Whopper Jr. Combo I've had in a long time. Ordered heavy onion, lettuce & pickle & I got it My Way! Fries were hot & fresh. I wish the B.K. near me (Fridley) did this good of a job. This store is notorious for not serving breakfast before the cut off time of 10:30am they will have you wait for more than 10-15 minutes and they come back at 10:30 and say we are no longer serving breakfast. This location will no longer have me as a customer. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Waited 10 minutes on the drive thru after ordering only to get to the window and have them refuse to take my $100 saying they don't have any change. The lady at the window rolled her eyes at me when I said all I had is the $100, walked off with my bill and then came back with the manger who in a very rude tone told me she has no change and then passive aggressively said "I hope you have a GREAT day" as I drove away. Its your job to have change, if you don't have change you need to let people know before ordering. I should not have been given an attitude because the manager was unable to do her job correctly. Its a fast food joint on pay day Friday, have change. Not that hard. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I stop here for a Jr whopper with cheese for my 90yr old friend in hospice who isn't eating much these days but smiles ear to ear when I bring her this anytime - I mentioned it was her favorite food & the young lady taking my order & anyone else who was in on it, they gave me 2 for 1 (I was out of coupons) & a BK crown for my friend to wear - I didn't realize until I opened the bag, what these thoughtful, caring employees had done for my friend & want them to know how appreciated their efforts were & thank them for making my day so special. For some reason every time I go to this location 8501 Xylon in Brooklyn Park they tell me it takes a few minutes for mobile orders to come into their system. Why do I never have this issue at any of the other Burger Kings that I go to? The girl with the pink hair that works there is extremely rude I've dealt with her before and she needs to learn proper customer service skills. The most unorganized place I ever been to they had me wait like 30 minutes for my food when I finally got it and drove off it wasn't what I ordered I took it back they made me wait for 30 more then tell me they don't have the food I ordered so the lady gave me a free meal a couple of days later I went back to get the meal I ordered two chicken wraps they it to me but didn't have any meat and the other one was disgusting that is literally the worst burger King in Minnesota. Food was missing, but staff was kind. Some of the fried foods were stuck together which doesn’t allow them to fully cook. Probably a good thing they don’t make fresh foods here.

If you can guess that’s tea, you have issues. Don’t know what tea is or looks like as straight raw tea. On top of that, bad customer service, straight monotone low-voice talkers who get irritated when you have to ask them to speak up multiple times. Got multiple parts of the order wrong (part of a bigger order). Just not good. I’m sus of the food at this rate but money was spent and I gotta eat and it’s decent so a giving 2 star.
