Ordered a #9 they gave a whopper instead brought it back in and they refuded to replace the burger with the correct chicken sandwich that i ordered and made me pay again for the food that i wanted and originally ordered barely had enough to get what i wanted pregnant and hungry this made me extremely upset and they DID NOT CARE!!!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ATMOSPHERE I HAVE EVER HAD .. they should be fired it is now 7pm nov 7th so everyone can see who was working lol Service Take out Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Not sure why there's negative reviews, yes, sometimes it's slow in the drive thru but the food is always good and employees really nice. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The service is fast, the food is fresh 99.999 percent of the time the only reason for the 4 stars for the service is that they sometimes forget my bacon on my sandwich however they always correct the issue freshly made without any hassle, just let them know politely as they are human as well and the corrections are made promptly. Ordered a chocolate milkshake and a chocolate Oreo cookie shake....they used chocolate syrup and vanilla ice cream to make chocolate because they DO NOT have chocolate ice cream. And then it was runny and milky tasting. Would give zero stars. See the chocolate syrup on the bottom of the cup... would have been better to go anywhere other than here

My service was horrible. I ordered my food at the drive thru. My order came to $37 for four meals. I got my order and drove home. When i opened my bag, i noticed my kids' food was not in the bag. I immediately called the store to tell them about my issue. I said i would come back to get my food bit my food i have at home would be cold by the time i got back, and could i get my order made fresh because it actually wasn't my fault. I was told to eat my food in front of my hungry kids and then come and get the other half of my order. I immediately drove back up there and asked for a refund. They never gave me a refund but instead treated me like i wasn't a customer at all. I warn anyone wanting to eat here. This place is horrible and the management is very unprofessional and rude. Great experience for my family and I. We are from Ohio and traveling through North carolina for our vacation. We stopped here around 730 pm Friday August 4th. It was one of the best fast food experiences ever. The food was fresh and hot. I wish i knew his name but the gentleman at the order screen/pick up window was SO courteous and professional. I hope he can be recognized, as well as the rest of the staff that evening. Thank you all! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The GM Paula is absolutely insane I've watched her yell at minor workers, even adult workers seem to be horribly treated even talks to us customers like we're scum. I heard her yell at an employee today again she said this place can still run without any of them wow so professional LOL this place is Jerry springer between her and her GM assistant Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
