We recently visited the Cafe and suprisingly exceeded our expectations. The service was impeccable, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and the owner's evident passion for the establishment added a personal touch, enhancing the overall dining experience. I would highly recommend the Anilao craft beer. Fantastic food in a lovely, homely space. The leche flan with kalamansi is absolutely my favorite. Andrew, the owner, and his staff have been very accommodating. I appreciate him telling the story of the place and his efforts in revitalizing the reefs in an area in Mabini. Will definitely come back if we are in the area. A hidden gem in Anilao! Scenery is very peaceful and staff wonderful, welcoming and supportive. Ask for Andrew if you need any infos around! Coffees are excellent and very nicely homemade food. Try the local Anilao beer and very nice wine cellar. Games and guitar also. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Sir Andrew the owner of Café Aguada was an amazing host whose insights both delighted and enlightened me! I deeply enjoyed the Barako coffee and their Adobo mixed with their home made Sinantolan. If you are a fan of Filipino cuisine this place hits every classic marker that one seeks in the food. I fancy myself a good cook but I was ashamed of myself after having had what they have to offer. I’d gladly die for the adobo and I’d die twice for their leche flan! The whole experience was memorable and I’d say that this is simply the best cafe in all of Mabini peninsula. The desserts are amazing!!! I specifically loved the Chocolate Chili Cookies, and their newest addition the Boston Creme Cake which I heard is made by the owner’s daughter. I also loved the sinigang sa kamias and the liempo. The ambiance is also great and very instagrammable :-) I will definitely keep coming back here! Spent time at Cafe Aguada soaking up the Anilao Craft vibes. The beer there is practically the local rockstar, perpetually in short supply because everyone's craving a sip.. Luckily, I hit the beer jackpot and got to savor it! It's like a vacation in a bottle – easy, refreshing, and a downright good time. Counting down the days until my next round! Andrew the owner was so hospitable! And super adorable how his son Andres helps in the business too. The vibes were so good in the cafe. Passed the afternoon learning chess and there were other boardgames available. Even without all of that though, the food was amazing. Particularly loved the Sinantolio Pasta, Chicken Inasal, Pork Adobo, and Leche Flan 💖 but everything we ate was so yummy 🤤 Would definitely come back next time I'm in Anilao!
