I was killing some time and staff made me feel very welcome. I watched a staff member doing her end of day clean and the floor sparkled. It's a very clean eatery, with great menu, fresh ingredients and friendly staff. Finding that it’s not value for money any more. Servings sizes are getting smaller. But never again! Have been put off all Turkish for a while. Tiramisu was mouldy. Yes growing new things. And my food had hair in it too! I phoned in customer service twice to get a resolve and three weeks later! I get a voucher but no communication from the store itself. Ordered 3 kebabs, 2 of them were missing sauces. Foil rolled into wraps. Looks like a common occurrence according to reviews. Can't call to contact the store directly.
