I am in love with this restaurant! The food, atmosphere, and my wonderful waiter, Alexis Ayala just made my experience in Guadalajara much better. The Frapuchai Special Oreo was so good. The food is ok. The café americano was weak and did not taste good. I tried to add cream and sugar but it did not help. The staff is pleasant and helpful. Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast

The atmosphere is good and the place is neat. In the other hand almost all the drinks are so sugary and not that tasty, I asked for the same version of some smothies or frappes with less sugar, but the blend is already prepared.

Been to different Chais before. Service here was noticeably slow. It was not full, probably at 20%. Young waitstaff were standing around as we waited to be greeted after we sat down, at least 10 min.
